Brown Belt Taps Former DI Wrestler with a Triangle
This is match 3 of my first competition in the absolute bracket at Grappling Industries (November 2023)!
I went for a double under pass, got my arm pulled through, and eventually tapped to a nice triangle.
You won't see me getting caught in this again!

great video bro. also really liked your low risk video, even though I knew a lot of the moves, but I want to see more of that stuff from high level wrestlers. Often times when I see people come from a high level wrestling background, they show techniques that of course work at a very high level, but it's often that very "wrestler style" stuff, you know, very low to the ground, seems like high risk and stuff. Im just not that comfortable with the low to the ground stuff and risking having someone's weight on me if I fail the shot, even though I know how to peak out, drag out etc. etc., I'd just rather avoid it. Sorry for ranting.

Same, 36 bad knees etc…got forced into standing start only for 2 hours at open mat 2 days ago and wrecked one of my knees completely from constant takedown work. Even had one opponent disengage every time after a takedown and said he won’t work on the ground at all which forced me to do a stupid amount of impact to my knees for 5 minutes straight after already injuring myself. Thanks for these tips.
