When you put Ladue at number three, I was confused. Like what is the other neighborhood apart from Frontenac that is richer? I was like, it better not be Olivette..😊 Huntleigh, of course. I remember when that castle-like 8mil house on Lindbergh was demolished about 20 years ago now. You were probably too young then.
Ladue has really fallen. 30 years ago, Ladue was at the top.
    Wonderful compilation! Well done.

I watch a lot of your videos and thought I had a good idea of all these places, but I always learn something new in each one. For example, I didn't think Clayton was as urban as you described. I'll have to check it out!

Absolutely! The main urban part of it is Downtown Clayton which I showed in the video - but a lot of neighborhoods surrounding it look pretty similar to University City and Richmond Heights style neighborhoods

Hello dude I moved into a Creve Coeur condo for less than 70k in 2004. However, the price was low only because the adult son was getting rid of his wealthy mother's condo after she died at an amazingly low price just to get the sale done quickly.

@11:50 Point of clarification. “Old Town Clayton” actually is predominantly newer construction homes (1980+). There a few older homes around Pershing/Linden but Old Town and Clayton Gardens have significantly more new construction than areas like Davis Place, Demun, or the neighborhoods off Wydown like Moorlands and Wydown Forest.

I've lived in the STL area my whole life. The only area that I haven't heard of is Westwood.

The kinds of people I would never want to meet in under 26 minutes of video.
