  • Profiteroles with pudding (for 8-12 people)
    For the dough;
    100 g butter
    200ml water
    Half pack of vanillin
    1 pinch of salt
    200 ml flour
    3 eggs
    For the filling cream;
    200ml sugar
    2 tablespoons of starch
    4 tablespoons of flour
    600ml milk
    100 ml liquid cream
    For pudding;
    200 ml flour
    200ml sugar
    3 tablespoons of cocoa
    1 liter milk
    2 tablespoons of butter
    100 g dark chocolate
    150 ml cold water
    Let's melt 100 g of butter for the dough. Then add 200 ml of water, 1 pinch of salt and half a pack of vanillin and boil over medium heat. Let's add 200 ml of flour slowly and roast for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Let's transfer the dough we prepared to another bowl and let it cool.
    While our dough is cooling down, let's prepare the filling cream. Add 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of starch, 200 ml of sugar and 600 ml of milk to a suitable pot and cook until golden brown. After our cream is cooked, let's set it aside to cool.
    Add 3 eggs one by one to our cooled dough and beat for about half a minute for each egg. Let's put our dough in a squeeze bag. Spaced out on baking paper laid on a baking tray
    Let's squeeze it into small balls. Let's bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
    While the profiteroles are baking in the oven, let's prepare our supangle. Let's add 200 ml of flour, 200 ml of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 liter of milk to a suitable pot and boil it. When it starts to boil, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 100 g of dark chocolate and mix. After the butter and chocolate melt, take it off the stove. Let's add 150 ml of cold water to our stirrup and whisk for 2-3 minutes. Then let's set it aside to cool.
    Let's add 100 ml of liquid cream to our cooled filling cream and beat for 4-5 minutes. Then let's pour our cream into a squeeze bag.
    Underneath the balls that come out of the oven and lose their first warmth
    Let's squeeze our filling cream. You can put as many balls as you want in the bowls you want. Let's pour the cooled supangle on them and put them in the fridge. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
