Today we are showing you our unboxing and review of the Husqvarna 525rx. Let us know what you think of this review, we have a lot of new tools that we have been using at the farm and would love to hear your thoughts on these videos and what you would like to see!
Oh grass/ cat tails/ thorn bushes/ anything less then a half inch it cuts that like butter. Hard woods are different but grass would rip through that stuff.
Good demo and review. Thanks ! Would like to see how it performs on long thick pasture grass to be confident that the motor has the power but that's a job for summer.
Oh wow, that is wild we do not have issues with the vibrations since it is securely fastened to our body. Are you using the harness that they sell with it?
@@splitarrowfarm if your setup u said for right handed then u are wrong.. for right handed, the right handle must close to the shaft and the left handle farther .
You didnt put the bull handles the right way you have to move it 70 percent on your left and the controls get closer to the main shaft so that its comfortable and balanced
Using this machine to quote you non stop .... u need to invest in a proper full time use machine with at least 40cc engine .. o and wear a face shield sunglasses as and facial hair will not stop a stone at full speed .

Are you able to order the guard from a Husky dealer?
Does the brush cutter blade work well on tall thick grass? I’m using a string trimmer now and it’s not getting the job done.

Have you tried this on areas with cattails ... and in water?

Great call, once we start getting into some warmer and dry weather we can try this out!
Easy to get the brush blade off center and instructions are a little confusing but this seems to be a very good unit.

Thanks for the reply. I edited my comments as I had the brush blade installed off center.
im wondering why are you install the handle bar like that . its quite the opposite way normally.
We did it following the directions for a right handed individual but depending on your dominant hand it could be setup different

This is a great and powerful tool to get the job done. You will not regret this purchase if you are looking to clear your land.
