Fried fish is a thing of the past! My grandmother taught me this delicious recipe. A very tasty, healthy and easy to prepare dinner. I have never eaten such delicious fish❗ Healthy and cheap food for dinner. Fast, easy and uncomplicated. I fry more fish! The right dinner in just 5 minutes, cheap and delicious.
Recipe and ingredients:
3 fish (crucian carp).
Cut off the fins
Make cuts like in the video
salt and pepper
Add dried garlic and herbs of Provence
sprinkle with paprika
Drizzle with vegetable oil
Spread the spices well over the fish
Do the same on the other side of the fish
Leave on for 20 minutes.

Place over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
