For me the best parts for me is sonic, sparking zero, and cuffbust trailers
This SGF is like a restaurant house salad without the dressing....except instead of a house salad they gave you a store-bought Caesar salad instead, and it ain't too fresh either.
At least we got a release date for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero and that’s something at least 😅🐉

Kingdom Hearts really just ruined us developmentally, lol. 😂 I mean for me personally. I named my Lumine, Kairi, and Scaramouche, Xehanort, in Genshin Impact. 🤣🤣🤣 It's like an infection, we just see it everywhere. 😂

As a PlayStation fan for life, Xbox cleaned house this year. Great showcase from them.

It's not exactly surprising that this year is gonna be phoned-in, in fact I suspect the same for next year, remember that half the freaking industry just got "downsized"...
I don't think Keighley even COULD have anything worth warrant if he called in Kojima himself for a progress update on his new game.
(And to be clear, I mean worth widespread appeal, a lot of these games are sick, they're just more niche than people were hoping for, I for one am looking forward to Civ 7, and the Once Human video legit convinced me to pick up the demo for next fest and man it's fun.)
I liked it. It we can't love these indie games and only the big flashy triple A games than the industry is doomed. Microsoft had the better show though.

@@Mew_Stordoesn't matter because some of what they showed is third party so it's still worth getting excited for anyways. Not everything at the Xbox showcase was exclusive to Xbox people just think it is because they don't mention other platforms for legal reasons

As much as I know we’ll be hearing about KH4 soon, I really want more side games first. Gimme Kairi’s KH1. Go check on the new pure hearts, meet up with Lightning, defeat Maleficent’s bitch ass again.
I mean I thought Fallout 76 and the Doom trailer was pretty sick and like literally out of this world but that's just me.

I swear kingdom hearts content of anything has been so dead silent I wouldn't be suprised if missing link gets dropped and no one even knows about it at all and kh4 like how long has it been since it's last announcement like pretty much 3 years ago like wow kh is quiet asf the moment the next kh4 trailer comes out we might have kids or grandkids and the game still won't be out like wow this game is so dead silent online sparking zero over here then again maybe it was put on hold because of other projects but still please just drop something of kh4 idc how small it is just something please 😥

Tbh the only thing that caught my eye in the Xbox one is gears of war. The rest was just boring. Basically same situation with PlayStation showcase most are hard pass with only specifics like say Astrobot.
@@theanimeditor6400technically all of it is sgf. Summer game Fest is the name of the entire event where all of these showcases take place. It's not just the one showcase
@@slayer4932you must have extremely narrow taste if you thought a lot of the stuff on the Xbox showcase looks boring. Especially considering some of it was brand new IPS and fresh ideas. I mean that turn-based RPG where the witch paints a number and every one of that age dies is the most original idea I've seen in a long time.

Honestly, I Just Hope KH4 will be longer than 3. With the extra side stuff to do. Because kh3 was amazing, but one of the only downsides was the lack of content.
Yea not returning to worlds that game clocked in as the shortest kh game for me I beat it in like 29 hours the first time it was crazy maybe I’m just getting old lol 😂
@@thegamewin100that and the worlds are all filler and pointless for sora’s journey in kh3 in the other KH games the Disney worlds had some relevancy to the plot of kingdom hearts and didn’t feel like straight filler
And that it will have combat similar to remind right out of the box.
After the development of Rebirth, Kingdom Hearts 4 deserves a big length.
A revisit of the same world in the 2nd phase would be perfect.
Star Wars (just an example) Could be locked into one part of the universe and access to the next galaxy when certain plot points are achieved or obtained.
(Ex: Let's say Rebellion Ship to Tattoine to Space chase)
This is locked now since Luke or Han needs to train/ stop to repair stuff.
The next is unlocked once Sora maybe learns a ability or a Gummi item (or after effects of main plot) to move forward to the Death Star that can be in itself one massive place to explore. And I suspect like KH4 plot, let it end in a bitter note with the loss of Kenobi and Death Star. And we're left in the forest (or moons that looks like Endor) for sora to explore for extra sidequest and obtained lost chests you didn't get to grab in the Death Star/locked away from the doors that are now accessible.
Perhaps KH4 won't have a ton of worlds. But enough to expand on and really delve into the world exploring and story while slowly giving tid bits to the KH4 to piece things together that KH3 tried to do. We need it go further and deeper like Rebirth did.
While there's many worlds we can throw out here and there, as long as they hold this kind of concept similar to KH2 but expand it, I think we can really engage new fans and old fans for replay value. Which I desperately want. Not solely relying on buying add ons or DLC to return to playing.

PlayStation's State of Play and Summer's Game Fest was a total wash this year and somehow Xbox even with it's latest controversy came out swinging even if Nintendo does a Nintendo direct Nintendo gonna have some big competition.
There's something to be said when you buy half the industry, woulda been more surprised if nothing came of it.

@@rmunoz1994Xbox had the best showing last year too. They basically did the same thing this year that they did last year. Back-to-back trailers with actual gameplay footage in 90% of it coming to game pass on day one

I don't remember there being many RTS games at sgf. That was more of a PC gaming show thing. Sgf had a lot of Indies and action adventure games
