For 5v5 matches, try a Longarm Paired with Orion Mech. After Orion Marks an enemy each shot does 2x to 3x damage per hit. Very effective at mid and long range. Cheers!
Once i was an Ares and cornered a Guardian with long arms which already used System crash. He tried to kill me but i was so close that it barley did any damage
Here's a brief explanation on every weapon mentioned in the video. Longarms: High power weapons that deal more damage the further your target is, and has a chance to apply the overheat effect. Gauss Rifles: The Mech Arena Bot account go-to weapon for ruining a game completely. High ROF, lesser dmg than Longarms, bigger mag and shorter reload. Railguns: The ACTUAL one-shots. Recharging ammo, low ROF, and extremely high damage.

Hmmmm, i think longarm 12 is more powerfull than railgun. Especially bc lorgarms have more magazines and 2 of them can go on a stalker / brickhouse/ orion which, unlike most mechs , increases the damage it deals
I got Railgun 16 about 5 years ago. I've been using them since then, ALL THE TIME. It's one of the weapons in my Inventory that are prominent to my hangar and since i've got pretty godlike aim, i am a pretty good player when it comes to hitting fast targets at long distances or short distances, for that matter because of my aim. The Railgun 16 suits me perfectly well. I do want some buffs to the Railgun(s) though, since they haven't gotten an update in a long time.
I love this game. But I got a request, the Redox needs a buff. A big one, it has no advantage over the other attack mechs despite being legendary :/ and no one buys it because of that. It would be a good marketing choice and a nice change for us ^^

Let me paint you a picture, it was the last 5 seconds of the match and I was using a long arm on the slingshot and there was a mech at 5 health so I used the ability and with one second to spare close ranged long armed him to this day it is the coolest thing I have ever done in Mech Arena and this was in 5v5 deathmatch so I was just styling on them the entire match with crisp angles
I have a serious question I have the long arm 8 that came as a set I have two of them I have the long arm 10 and 12 but each of those units only came as a single unit not a pear and then there is a player that has a video that's 5 months old and he is using an onyx with two disruptors 16s on it when I acquired my disruptor 16 it was only a single unit but I am seeing a video from 5 months ago where there is a player walking around in a Arena with two of them mounted on his onyx

This must've been released before the EM Rifle was a thing. Even just twin EM 8's can wreck long arms cross map if you time the delay. Put a pair of 10s on a Gatecrasher and it's lights out. Ion pod+ EM suppression is a counter sniper/arty players dream.
Oh, but i think i wanna stick with my arachnos but if you say panther i use panther.Panther does seem like a good choice for sniper-but so does arachnos.
I guess the em rifle hasn’t come out at the time of this video which we can also see when they show the sniper weapons. But it’s absolutely lethal and the most potent of all sniper weapons. Auto targeting is the main perk with lots of damage and double damage chance up to 75% !! Also, it has extremely short reload time of less than 6 seconds. Well that’s because it hits one bullet at a time. But regardless, it deals massive damage and the auto targeting is the key. I hate snipers because of the pinpoint targeting it requires but absolutely love the em. And for all sniper weapons, it’s very hard to shoot opponents when they are moving a lot, maybe in a zigzag pattern. That’s why you have to anticipate where they will move next and hold it right there. Then when they move there, just shoot. Absolutely lethal for stages where there are ideal sniping spots with the main one being the mech arena map.

I feel like there should be a drop off for all sniper weapons so you have to properly aim and not mindlessly shoot and a scope because the long arms actually have a visual scope but it is for visual effects and doesn’t work
I use a Longarm on my panther combined with another weapon (i don’t have enough energy for even 2 Longarm 8s). I either use a Longarm 10 or 8, combined with a Thermal Lance 2 or 4 respectively.
I'd like to get the most out of my DL. I bought a second legendary DL reload but for some reason it reloads in 5 seconds and not 3 seconds like my first DL reload implant.

For som reason only when I play solo do I actually use longarms well when I'm pla with a team I can't hit a juggy but when I play solo I can easy hit a shadow with its stealth on

I once played sniper Panther and got shocked pulse by a Zephyr and when they got within 10 feet of me they fired every single shot...into the wall behind me. They were using Guass Rifles so I assumed that was the problem and now you’re telling me, they just missed all their shots with aim assist?

It is pretty good it 1taps most mech mostly on tanks,scouts and support mech in 2v2 game modes

For my Panther currently, I rock the Longarm 8 and either an RPG or Pulse Rifle, balances out pretty well

One time I used longarm 10 in close range and still managed to get some kills. Guess longarms can be shotguns sometimes.

If I could get it, I would use the Gauss Rifle. I have horrible aim, so the aim assist and the big magazine would help me a lot

It was a bot. Cause bots usually shoot into walls with the gauss rifles if you stand still.

my longarms are still just longarm 10 and 8 and the longarm quest to deal 500k damage using it is hard; especiallly in the lower divisions

If you have a scout and enemy has gauss rifle if he continues fires at you in short range you could move side wards and easily escape
Yeah, so? Aim assist doesn't mean auto-tracking, it just aligns the crosshair with the target. If the target moves after you fire, you miss the shot

Yo uso los longarm 8 en el guardián y me ah ido muy bien diría yo.. Aunq es un problema cuando me quedo sin munición o me acerco demaciado..
El guardia es mil veces mejor como un mech de emboscada, te recomiendo usar arc torrents en vez te francotiradores, artillería o cualquier cosa que necesite distancia
