Those are drop dead gorgeous dogs! Those eyes! WOW!. I thought it was quite funny. Made me mix my pup that I had to put to sleep in July. 😩 My only concern is those slippery floors. Vets are warning that dogs are skidding across floors, hitting the walls and cabinets, causing bones to break and other severe injuries. I quit waxing my kitchen floor for my dog's safety. We think she did slip and injure her shoulder while we were gone one day. Putting throw rugs down help as well. It really never occurred to me dogs could get hurt that way. Other animals can fall too. 😀
Yeah I agree. My dog always slips and runs into things, but he doesn’t really seem to get any injuries from it. He is a really big dog, even bigger than these beautiful huskies. So I just wanted to say if your dog was a small dog then it probably would be more likely for them to hurt themselves. If they were big, however, then I’m not sure. I’ll probably follow your advice anyway, so thanks!

My brother has a Jack Russell mix and she hates the kitchen floor because she slips too. Both dogs were/are almost 10 so maybe age has something to do with it too. I saw pictures of dogs injured that way...can't remember where...maybe here on YT....
@Dokkasan ....I'm just telling you what 3 vets told me. I also did research and fou problem. If they're running and slip and hit a wall hard the vets said yes, it can break bones. Research it. I just know how my Mickey reacted and that she became very leary of going on the kitchen floor. Heck, I fell on that same floor and broke my shoulder back in March! I just wanted to be safe rather than sorry. 😁

I think part of it was his wife was sitting the couch. You are lucky that you don't have a German Shepherd. I came home from an Army Reserve Camp one time, walked in wearing my hat and sunglasses. Greta came from the lounge kitchen area,, took one look at me and immediately gave the warning bark Who the Hell are You, while her hackles went up. I rapidly tore my hat and sunglasses off and called her name. She then proceeded to give me lots of I missed you hugs. She did exactly the same thing when my sister returned from a year overseas. Challenge first then lots of love when recognised.
I have a German Shepherd too, and a Labrador, and a Poodle. My dogs usually could recognise me even if i put on sunglasses and a hat..but there is this one time when i wore my friend's clothing back home bcoz i had a sleepover at her house, i opened the door, all three of them expected to see me at the door and rushed towards me..only to find that "my scent" was different from "their mom" . When i tried to walk towards them, the german shepherd immediately started barking and jumping around. My Labrador took one look at me and went to sit on the sofa. The poodle barked once and peed on the floor. When my german shepherd saw that she immediately rushed at me ..omg i then took off my hat stare into her eyes and called her name too. She seemed angry after that but i really want to question my Labrador..omfg she is so calm in the entire situation. Did she already know? Lol

Those are drop dead gorgeous dogs! Those eyes! WOW!. I thought it was quite funny. Made me mix my pup that I had to put to sleep in July. 😩
My only concern is those slippery floors. Vets are warning that dogs are skidding across floors, hitting the walls and cabinets, causing bones to break and other severe injuries. I quit waxing my kitchen floor for my dog's safety. We think she did slip and injure her shoulder while we were gone one day. Putting throw rugs down help as well. It really never occurred to me dogs could get hurt that way. Other animals can fall too. 😀

Yeah I agree. My dog always slips and runs into things, but he doesn’t really seem to get any injuries from it. He is a really big dog, even bigger than these beautiful huskies. So I just wanted to say if your dog was a small dog then it probably would be more likely for them to hurt themselves. If they were big, however, then I’m not sure. I’ll probably follow your advice anyway, so thanks!
@@yeloandzigtoons3341 ......my dog was about the size of these dogs. She developed arthritis in her hind legs so she was more inclined to slip and slide. My brother has a Jack Russell mix and she hates the kitchen floor because she slips too. Both dogs were/are almost 10 so maybe age has something to do with it too. I saw pictures of dogs injured that way...can't remember where...maybe here on YT....
@Dokkasan ....I'm just telling you what 3 vets told me. I also did research and fou problem. If they're running and slip and hit a wall hard the vets said yes, it can break bones. Research it. I just know how my Mickey reacted and that she became very leary of going on the kitchen floor. Heck, I fell on that same floor and broke my shoulder back in March! I just wanted to be safe rather than sorry. 😁

@@clrobertson13 Y eah, he's okay now. Took a bit to heal up, and the dogs were upset when they found out it was him. But I'm don't think he'll do that again. I think part of it was his wife was sitting the couch. He was mad at the dogs at first and I told to be mad at himself, he provoked them coming on the house wearing a mask and growling at them, you just didn't get it off fast enough.

You are lucky that you don't have a German Shepherd. I came home from an Army Reserve Camp one time, walked in wearing my hat and sunglasses. Greta came from the lounge kitchen area,, took one look at me and immediately gave the warning bark Who the Hell are You, while her hackles went up. I rapidly tore my hat and sunglasses off and called her name. She then proceeded to give me lots of I missed you hugs. She did exactly the same thing when my sister returned from a year overseas. Challenge first then lots of love when recognised.
I always wear sunglasses outside and my dog knows me. Well I don’t wear them at night of course.

I have a German Shepherd too, and a Labrador, and a Poodle. My dogs usually could recognise me even if i put on sunglasses and a hat..but there is this one time when i wore my friend's clothing back home bcoz i had a sleepover at her house, i opened the door, all three of them expected to see me at the door and rushed towards me..only to find that "my scent" was different from "their mom" . When i tried to walk towards them, the german shepherd immediately started barking and jumping around. My Labrador took one look at me and went to sit on the sofa. The poodle barked once and peed on the floor. When my german shepherd saw that she immediately rushed at me ..omg i then took off my hat stare into her eyes and called her name too. She seemed angry after that but i really want to question my Labrador..omfg she is so calm in the entire situation. Did she already know? Lol
