I'd totally throw down some duckets to see a "vert park" series as Hosoi was roughly outlining at 43:30. It would have to be in something 90% vert like a mashup of Bucky's bowl, Bob's vert ramp and a gigantic pump track w/obstacles like boxes and rails peppered in. Practice would need to be 3-5 days or a week or more before the comp... there'd be a pretty thin field like megaramp comps... people would def get hurt... Glory will be had...
Next time take time for interviews when contest is over..the hosoi part was fine ..but I preferred watch contest

Skaters now are incredible ..they just skate everything ..and mix Vert, freestyle and street tricks in bowl...
I remember watching videos with incredible backyard pools nowadays..

U guys need helmets man.
The riders may want helmets. Surely their families want them to wear them. I suspect thrasher and other sponsors see a disconnect between the badboy image they want to sell and the idea of wearing helmets. The sad thing is, so many riders lack adequate health insurance here in the US - most board sponsors provide none at all - and yet a rider cant expect to get covered by thrasher if he wears pads.

Theres literally a group of skaters around Jake making sure hes okay and he yells you look like my Halloween costume, How dumb can you be. Even if its only semi finals I would way rather watch the Skaters then his horrible awkward interviews... Is there a version I can watch of the actual skating?
