I created a list of 25 valuable Mark McGwire baseball cards that you should keep an eye out for when investing in baseball cards. If you see these cards ungraded at a garage sale, flea market, antique shop or any other storefront, you should pick them up! If they're PSA candidates go ahead and add them to your PSA submission pile.

@Felicita Rodriguez I wouldn't throw them away because they're all worth something. If nothing else, put them on ebay. You could sell each box individually or sell all of them as one big lot. You can pick your own price & do the "buy it now" option, or you could list them as an auction.

Around 2000,I purchased a 1998 McGuire card which I paid 4 dollars for. I haven't seen it in years because it's in storage. I'm guessing it could be worth a lot today

Hey Matt, thanks for the video. It's interesting to watch this now after the huge increase in the value of McGwire cards leading up to the ESPN documentary. btw the centering on that '85 Tiffany is horrible can't believe it got a PSA 10. Big fan of your channel!

301I have a regular issue McWire card that's been sitting in a hard plastic protector since 1984 just saying.
I have two raw Donruss versions of the #19 coming next week. They look the same as that Leaf version. Hope they look as good in person as in the picture.
Matt, good info on the Mcguire cards! Your videos help me a lot when I access card value and grading. Have you noticed how difficult it is to get a 10 with some cards??
Thanks for the feedback, Greg! I have noticed how difficult it is to have a card grade gem mint 10. Unless you pull the card from the pack yourself... your chances are very low. And you have to hope the centering and corners are good even on a pack fresh card! This is why 10's sell for so much. 👍

What makes thr topps tiffany a tiffany? Also i have the 1985 topps rookie with a yellow spot error. I dont see sold listings only people wanting a crazy amount of money.

I have a lot of cards I’d like to get psa graded but I don’t feel comfortable with the few bulk submission provider . Do you send cards In often ? Do you have any program like a bulk submission to the psa for video subscribers ?

He still has a collector base despite the PED scandal. Simply because the McGwire and Sosa era in baseball is remembered as one of the most exciting times for baseball. Monsters at the plate lol and even Canseco.

My father just pass away in September and I came across of a old shoe box with baseball cards from the 70's, 80's & 90's. Hall of Fame players and slot of well known individual's that should be in the Hall of Fame, but because of the steroid era they refuse entry into the Hall of Fame. Questions, tell me how to submit these cards and do I need to join some club? I believe these cards value from few dollars to maybe a few thousands of dollars...

How are cards that are 1 of 1 valued? I have a Gypsy Queen Chris Sale that doesn't seem to be an error card but on the back it's a 1 of 1. Any ideas?
It's whatever someone is willing to pay for them. There is no way to value a 1 of 1 card. It's the only one in existence so it could be worth thousands or it could be worth $1 whatever someone is willing to give you for it is what it is worth.

I like McGwire cards, period. But if I had to choose, I think it's obvious... A's uniform. Just like Griffey in the Seattle uniform opposed to the Reds. 👍
When you refer to "population" what exactly is that describing?

How can you tell if it’s a Topps Tiffany or not?
Topps Tiffany Cards have a glossy surface on the front and white card stock on the back. Holding them next to each other makes it easy ton identify the Tiffany by how much nicer it looks.

Most of these cards will never be seen by the average collector. Too few of them. So why bother.

Don't see how Mark McGwire* cards have any value. Steroids era tarnished baseball and McGwire will Never ever get into the hall. No HOF for #BigMac. I would never invest in Mark McGwire*, Alex Rodriguez*, Sammy Sosa*, and Barry Bonds*.

Chris wells he’s got a better reputation that McGuire. Alex was well liked by people before the scandals. The old guys in baseball liked him.
