Opposition grows against permanent supportive housing in Richmond

A group of Richmond residents and neighbouring businesses have started a petition to stop a proposed six-storey supportive housing project. Richmond city council will decide whether to approve the rezoning and development application. As Meera Bains reports, the petitioners cite worries of crime and public drug use.
