Such a great plugin that can really be used for all kinds of genres. The guy who made it is a cool guy as well and he played a big part in the movement that kind of shaped night time psytrance on how it sounds today in terms of sound design and production quality. I used to see him a lot at random forest raves in Switzerland before he made it big. Definitely check his music (his artist name is Jumpstreet) as well.
Thank you for giving a small tour of this versatile plugin. I'll be sure to check it out! While not as visualy appealing as Rhythmizer, I use BluARP myself. It's free, donation is possible, has many of the same features as Rhythmizer, plus a great deal more. It can handle multiple notes at once, ignore the ones that don't fit a set scale, Offers more time signatures, probability and also send control messages. For free. BluARP is also available as hardware unit, albeit fairly pricey.
Thanks for the reply Mark. I had heard of BlueARP before, but then it fell off my radar. Based on your description, it sounds like I need to check it out.
I'm not aware of any discord servers specifically for sound design. I know Ben Jordan (search Ben Jordan on UA-cam) has a discord server that you can join for something like $2 where he gives out tips/advice and they sometimes have competitions. I've been meaning to join that, but just don't have the time currently.
I hate jazz, but everything else about this video is top notch and I really do not believe that to this point only 424 people watched this. Thanks for using Falcon, I love it to death, and for showing the use of Rhythmizer. You are a pro.
Nice review, thanks. A few words got my attention: Jazz, Ambient & UVI. :) There are so many music/MIDI generators out there, I already own a few, and I never considered this one seriously because their site says for "Psychedelic Trance producers". Of course there is a new version "Ultra" with a new discount now. Got to think about what extra it will give me over the competitors.
When do you sleep? Very informative. When I consider the amount of time you took to explore the plugin, make some tracks, and edit the video, I figure you're giving up something. 🙂
Yeah, it takes a while to do all the cuts and edits to make a video this way. I want to put out quality content though so I tend to spend a bit of time on each video and why I usually only post every couple of weeks. Glad you liked it.

You're welcome!
On a side note, are there discord servers you recommend for things like sounddesign and/or composition?

Thanks Rayder. I try to throw in different music genres, so you may have to endure some jazz from time to time.
@@arcticfoxstudios2018 Ha ha ha I survived and slept well so maybe it is not as bad as I thought. Love your videos man.
Thank you! As you promised, excellent explanation. Thanks again.
