They are the national agency giving information and processing all applications. There are some additional details, but usually the proof of funds is as follows. A family of two can be two adults or a student with an underage child. Monthly/ Yearly student 800 / 9,600 2nd adult belonging to the same household 610 / 7,320 1st underage family member 610 / 7,320 So for two it's together 1,410 monthly and 16,920 EUR yearly.
