Dude what Robin said is so true , I am tired of telling people that south indian cuisine is more than just idli , dosa and wada. I had the privilege of tasting traditional Karnataka food since I am a kannadiga and traditional Telugu states food since I live here in hyd and also mallu food because of my friend. I would definitely recommend tasting local cuisines incase you visit any of the south Indian States. It's yummy!!!

Loved this video, also the red tomato- onion chutney is not something new that North Indians have invented. It's literally everywhere in Chennai, and there are TONS of chutneys that people haven't even heard of.

Ya i agree with Robin the malayalee version of red chutney is tomato onion not lehsun(garlic), i don't think we have garlic one in south ...its new combo not typical at all. Satyam said lehsun. That's why Robin said its not in kerala. Is this garlic one in tamil nadu?

There are not a lot traditional South Indian restaurants in northern India.
