The difference in price is pretty substantial, and the speakers are both great, the funny thing is that with the last track (bossa) the cheaper one had more backing piano in front of the mix, i like that. overall great value for money i choose the cheaper one 🎉
Hi Phill, I would have bet my bottom dollar that Keyboard 1 was the PSR SX920 and definitely not the DGX670. What an ear and eye opening comparison to the true value that we have received by making our decision to purchase the remarkable DGX670. I hope life is treating you well my friend, and please keep on producing your very informative DGX670 video's.
The DGX-670 piano was clearly MUCH more realistic than the SX920 piano. I currently have the SX900 but would like a DGX-670 or PA5X 88 to have the better piano and weighted keys when I want that. Leaning towards the DGX over the PA5X because of the price.
One thing that is obvious...the grand piano sounds much better on the dgx...plus, when playing piano style music the weighted keys on the dgx makes a huge difference...in fact the acoustic piano sounds on the dgx are better than the ones on the Genos.
For giging. the 670, for recording, the 920. The 920 sounds more compressed and smooth. The 670 is bright but a little more noisy... I think the 670 hats are loud. I agree, the 670 offers a lot of value for the money. My guess is that the 920 has a synth engine and is a DAW in the box, no?
NO SPOILERS PLEASE!

Can't beat the price! I got a few VSTs before getting the DGX. The Steinway is nice. Listen here: www.modartt.com/modeld

Good ears. Valued perspective. Thank you.
Can you easily download new / styles to the DGX
Like the SX920?
Very sadly not. Yamaha know what they are doing Myron! Lol. Naughty of them!
Absolutely DGX670 is the best.
Thank you for weighing in my friend!
DGX sounds better for me in all categories
Thank you for weighing in!
