I suffer from nightmares from my PTSD. Before this video I would listen to your Hypnotist RP video. Your voice is soothing and loving. Since finding your page, when I can I've played both these videos when I can't sleep or feel like my stress is high and have found my sleep has been much deeper and more stress free. Thank you so much for putting these out.

Here's a good place to start. www.ptsd.va.gov/public/index.asp. For many of us as we come out of the nightmares it's having someone there to be that gentle reminder that we are no long "over there". But we are safe and at home. Honestly after being married and now single, the toughest time is when I come out of the nightmare and not have someone here to just calm me down. I have to focus on my breathing and remind myself I'm ok. Remind myself that while I live alone, I am never truly alone.
I woke with a soreness in my neck and shoulders and this felt so good. After relaxing to the massage I felt better, peaceful and relaxed in body and spirit- no more ache. The lavender felt so nice. It's like my muscle tension was smoothed out and released. Thank you for that!

Yup, so I've done a LOT of research.....watched a load of other channels and gave them a try, but it's just as I predicted. THIS is the best ASMR video out there. No other video gives me as many tingles as this one, and it's ALWAYS my fall back one to fall asleep to if needed. I've said it before, but your have the perfect voice/whisper technique for this.....keep it up! :) Coming closer to the camera is VERY effective too...maybe you could do one for Christmas called 'Tingle all the way'? Recreating this setting/sound would be awesome too, as there's very little white noise and with your whispering, it's just stunning! Thank you again!!!

I doubt doubt it. It certainly seems to use a lot of the same techniques for sure. Can't deny that ASMR is more popular among the general population though, and I can see why. It's quite interesting. I'd honestly love to talk with you privately about working together sometime in the future, if you're interested.

I get genuine AMSR highs sometimes. Tingling to the back of the neck feel real good. But these videos don't work, because I have to have someone genuinely doing something to help me to get this. Even helping me fill out paperwork, or something. As long as they are helping me. These don't work because they are only simulations of someone caring for me

I get genuine AMSR highs sometimes. Tingling to the back of the neck feel real good. But these videos don't work, because I have to have someone genuinely doing something to help me to get this. Even helping me fill out paperwork, or something. As long as they are helping me. These don't work because they are only simulations of someone caring for me
