wow this one is so written for my old stb and me. He has very flat soles, even though I am tending to the bars for over a year now, there must be lots deeper in. I thought the bruises were from gravel and stones here, but the area of the bars must be inflamed still. So I definitely have to go deeper than I have been. Very useful for me this one
