Binford Road Tire Slashing - Novato, California

Two San Rafael men were arrested last week for slashing the tires of over a dozen motorhomes and other vehicles belonging to homeless people parked on Binford Road in unincorporated Novato, California.

So what happened to the men charged? They let the men and women who vandalized the statue of Junipero Serra at St Rafael's Catholic Church in San Rafael walk free in a diversion plea deal. District Attorney Lori Forgori doesn't care about equal justice under the law.
