This looks dope for its size. I have seen Xgimi H2 and Mogo Pro in action and this is equally good. For the size, this packs insane quality offer ❤️❤️❤️❤️

How long can you have it turned on at once without it affecting the LED bulb life? Some other LED projectors say you must turn their projector off and allow it to cool down every 2 hours, which is not practical for some movies and most sporting events. Also, does the LED bulb hold its original full strength brightness for 25,000 hours or does it have what's called a half life (at 12,500 hours) at which point the bulb begins to dim? These are important issues to know whether it's worth buying or not. And it's something that is never disclosed upfront by the manufacturer.
Probably use as a camera output to scroll through and view files with that HDMI port. Imagine sitting by a campfire in the winter with friends and family, and watching the pics and videos you've clicked all day with this.
this is great for just blasting it on the hotel ceiling while traveling

Would be great to throw a screen and projector in the backyard and watch some UA-cam content from the hot tub.
This projector looks really nice, it can also show 3D content! I would use it for movies and videogames in that format.
Exactly 3D is an incredible technology. Too bad most manufacturers abandon 3D!
@@carlosandre16 I tried 3d on XGIMI horizon a while ago. Terrible quality. This is due to active shutter tech dlp projector utilize.
However I loved 3d from LG oled we bought second hand tho. Such a shame manufacturer just stopped manufacturing them not even as a optional feature
This projector looks amazing. I would like to use it for watching Netflix/UA-cam in my bedroom and also for spending a good time watching movies with my family and friends.
Just bought this projector after waiting years for something better than the ZTE Spro2. That projector is solid even in todays Pico projector offerings. Wanted more lumens, portability, and all the bells and whistles of auto focus and auto keystone correction V & H (invaluable). The obstacle avoidance and screen alignment are awesome bonus. $549 price tag is definitely a steal for the value. Only wish it came with a carrying bag. :) Curious if anyone can recommend a better projector at its price point? Enjoy your projector experiences!
At this price range *Xgimi Elfin* must be the best mini projector. And mine will be delivered after two days and I am very happy and excited.
@@redrain2206 I had xgimi H2 and elfin in 2 different times. Both needed repairs and I ended up selling H2 for parts and elfin on eBay for good money .
Xgimi products are like next Gen products among similar devices from other brands UNTILL you need the manufacture support if anything goes wrong.
OH GOD, XGIMI was so bad in the customer service as they show no interest after the sale happened. They wanted me to ship the projector back to China at my expense.
H2 was sent to them and I had no news until 3 months later.
At the end they sent me back the projector said it fixed. However problem was never fixed. The white lines on the screen was same.
What a disappointment.
They ignore you so much.
Seriously avoid if you want to save yourself from so many hassles.
Went to Anker nebula solar and been never looked back.
At least I know Anker is much of a better company to deal with.
This projector, a popup screen and a bluetooth speaker will be perfect for setup for movies and watching sport.

XGIMI Projectors are great! I do have xgimi mogo before but unfortunately I sold it last January because of financial problem due to being jobless during pandemic. But all in all experience of this chinese brand is superb! Their products are giving excellent and quality features. I was using my mogo for a year. I would love to try this elfin too. XGIMI is great in product design.. until you need their customer support- non existent. Check the forums.
Had H2 projector from them went bad for 7 month in. XGIMI charged 70$ for postage to be fix it under warranty as they don't repair it in states or Europe. Only option is to post to China.
I did it anyways. And guess what projector was returned to me unfixed but they claimed all good when it left them.
Kept texting them for months and no real support and gave up
This would be a great backpack projector. For taking to friends houses to watch the game or backyard movie night.

BUT it has no internal battery - has to be plugged in all the time. pico genie m550 plus - less lumens (600 rather than 800) but has internal 2h battery. Can you review that one please.

Wow, they really did make this look like a Mac mini. This projector looks like an awesome option for a bedroom with google tv built in. Question, how far from a wall would it need to be to produce a 100” picture? Been living apart for about two years due to covid.
Finally going to see her in January.
Looks like an improvement over the LG pk50ka , while the LG has a built in battery, has 2 hdmi ports, direct ethernet and a battery is has far worse speakers, it uses the horrible webOS that has many issues, no amazon Prime support and is all manual focus with only vertical autokeystone correction.
This has better speakers, autokeystone correction for vertical and horizontal (which is nuts at this price), its 200 ansi lumens brighter at max settings and its android tv (much better interface). Though big downside is it lacks netflix... It also lacks buttons on top which the LG has. As a pure projector though with a firestick or something this one is probably better.

Anyone planning to buy any XGIMI product should research first that how awful their customer service. Had a terrible experience and quick googling will tell you it's not a rarity.
Anything goes wrong with your product, they aren't keen on fulfilling warranty. Utterly shady company
this small projector packs a lot of punch, the fact it can even project 200" is crazy particularly looking at its size & since its not bulky like other projectors its super portable, mohitsk1105 is twitter, Happy Halloween guys
