Had to smile watching this. Sometimes, that's all you can do at moments like this. The dealerships usually get a bit grumpy when you don't have a frequent service history, if you don't. From my time living in the States, getting a good reliable mechanic is worthwhile, if you can. Just my 2 cents.., and it was 5 pillows, can't believe you made us count, that was punishing lol. xxxx

Wow 2 scams in one trip to the dealer. Fear tactics mixed in with some truth. Best thing is to afford the new car and always try to keep one under full warranty. (Unless a good friend of yours is a mechanic) love the way the guy casually blew off the window issue. And nice people are always getting scammed. Isn’t that the worst part?

Dealerships will rip you off both in Labor and in costs. Try and find just a good local mechanic and they will be cheaper and hopefully truthful. A drive belt is an easy and cheap fix.
