As far as Im aware google will use your phones location tracking to advertise to you. So even if you don't shop online for your cat, you do go into a pet store at some point to get at least food for your cat.... so yeah advertising for cat stuff... Also google apparently has stated they have access to information to what you buy in stores.

My dad has been using the shoulder brace for many years to support his shoulder from dislocating as he has weak joints there. It is very useful to keep his posture right, I have been using it sometimes too because I have the same issue with the same side of shoulder as my dad. It's normally worn under the clothes.

As a guy who uses the Incrediwear knee sleeves, they are excellent and Rhett it does NOT double as an elbow sleeve lol. They have separate elbow sleeves. Incrediwear is the best compression gear I have ever used, and I tried alot.

I’m a head forward kind of sleeper when I’m sitting up.
@ Rhett use a rolled up towel or blanket under your neck. Should be around 6 inches thick (maybe more for you, since you're a foot and a half taller than me.) Lie flat on your back with it under your neck for 5 minutes a day. I tried some of those things (saw them on various social media and bought one on amazon, it hurt my back). I have kyphosis, where my neck's curved the opposite direction it should be, so if you've got any issue like that, the towel trick might help you, too. Also, @motivationaldoc has a great occipital release stretch. These are the two things that have helped my neck pain the most outside of physical therapy.
