Worked in a kitchen for 18 years, I've had many chickens partly developed in eggs I've used. Sometimes it's just a leg and blood lol. Sometimes just a beak.
Crack, roll, skinny spoon under the membrane, and I get a perfect egg every time! (*except when the whites are a little soft cause I like my boiled eggs a little more on the medium side so the yolk is a bit fudgy and when you undercook the whites they get hard to peel cleanly lol)

It would be a great device for kids too! My kids love cracking eggs but get easily frustrated over the shells that end up in the bowl with the eggs

It's about the Crack. They actually peel easier when HOT. The ice bath is good for stopping the cooking process.
Ice bath to stop them cooking, and peel under a slow running sink. Get the running water under the membrane and it’s easy to peel the entire thing in one go.
They are easier to peel if you use older eggs. Boil some that have been sitting in the fridge for a couple of weeks.

Easiest way to peel a hard boiled egg is crack the shell and peel it submerged in a bowl of water.

The first one should be started bottom up and it won't pierce the yolk.
Peeling eggs is so much easier if you transfer them into ice water right after boiling!
I use the egg slicer for egg salad. Cut one direction then turn the egg to cut the other way. Makes it small chunks
I peel my eggs using a mason jar and water. Same concept, just cheaper. Also using baking soda during the boiling process helps too!

Eggs cooked in a pressure cooker are effortless to peel. It’s the only way I make them now.
Eggs peel a lot better when you dont use brand new eggs, lol. Let them sit for a week or two before boiling and they peel effortlessly
This is the real tip. And you have a better chance at making a golden egg if you use older eggs

If you hit the bottom (fatter side) with a spoon before boiling and get the membrane to crack its so easy to peel!

the secret to ease of peeling an egg is all in how it's cooked If cooked correctly it will peel almost effortlessly every time
