I was feeling horrible- feeling extreme pain and fatigue due to my CFS condition, but listening to this video back to back two days, I was not feeling any more pain and fatigue, we should appreciate that they are providing free resources and doing greater good.

Aw sonia I know the struggle me too, I’m only 20 I’ve had for 4 years now, I work a hard labour job too any tips to help, I’ve been struggling a lot lately

@@hehethegodlyz7227 A hard labour job, so sorry to hear, that really is tough. I’ve recently felt that eating between each 3 main meals helps a lot, so maybe have raw nuts and seeds / dried or fresh fruit but go easy, it can be a lot of sugar / peanut butter and crackers on hand at work. And try and rest your body as much as possible at the weekend, I know it’s a bore but I was reading about PEM today and figure you really need to rest to recoup some energy and not tax your body too much. All the best, dear, I hope it passes for you, I’ve heard it can.

Thank you. Your voice and the calming music are wonderful to hear. I have listened to many similar meditations, but yours seems to reach my soul. It is difficult to explain, but most meditation videos are similar to cognitive behavioural therapy, with the focus on the cognitive brain (body) calming the mind (soul). Your meditation feels like my mind (soul) is calming my brain (body).

It may be intended as positive thinking but It sounds more like wishful thinking!

    • @joannacorlett8201

Marina, positive thinking and using the Law of Attraction is very important is being able to push autoimmune illnesses such as M.E./CFS/FMS into remission. I was diagnosed with both M.E. and Fibrow nearly 30 years ago but have been able to get flares under control using different techniques including meditations such as these. My 21 year old daughter also sadly has both M.E. and Fibro too since she was just 15. She doesn't believe in the power of positive thinking, her flare-up has never gone into remission yet I was always able to get mine to go into remission within 2 years if not sooner. Currently, my most recent flare-up has lasted just over 6 years because I stayed in a bad relationship with a covert narcissist (It wasn't until I ended up in a 10-day coma on life support and nearly died that I realised he was literally killing me and got out but with no support from Social Services where I live it's positive thinking that keeps me going with my daughter living over 200 miles away at Uni
