The Lewis to Ferrari announcement was one of those moments where you just have to remember where you were. The entire community jumping around, just pure passion. Absolutely Iconic.
Unfortunately for me, that announcement came at like 1 am. So me groggy eyes in the morning first thought i was still dreaming. Entire morning plans got turned to binging news on bed.
You must be mental. It’s not even remotely that important. You would be better off finding a purpose in life that will further you and your loved ones.
@@IqmalAziz Same for me😭. Ferrari announced the news first thing in the morning so reading all these rumours all night to finally reading the announcement post, I thought I was stuck in a weird dream or something😭
Before Colapinto: • Only Bearman confirmed for HAAS After Colapinto: • Lawson replaces Ricciardo the Sequel • Kimi set to debut in a top team • Doohan escapes Reserve Driver Jail • A Brazilian F2 champion makes the grid... & it's not Drugovich •In other news, Racing Bulls raise concern over budget cap issues due to FiA's swearing policy.
This video got me thinking about who made the smart moves for 2025 in 2024. Carlos Sainz going to Williams'. I suspect the cars are better than their drivers performance. Toto Wolf for keeping Bottas in his hip pocket. In case Antonelli starts burning through Mercedes' cost cap.
@@rhysmcfarlane2886thanks for that, I had to go back and reread the article. LoL I was initially with the OP thinking 72 billion for a 1.24 billion team, that would buy the team 58 times over.... 😅😅
I could your voice was a bit foggy yesterday... Take care of yourself, Law! Based on what Toto was saying about Kimi, I think that was about a 0/10 that he was signed. More the how long it took was the silly thing.
Schumacher was the best driver in F1 by some margin, Benetton was a 2nd tier team. He could have gone to McLaren or Williams and wrap up Fangio's record before the turn of the century, but instead of chasing the highest number of WDCs he decided to do it the hard way and that one WDC with Ferrari was better. Totally incomparable with a driver that had the best car, usually by a huge margin, for most of his career and couldn't beat the first good teammate in a long time over the entire three years.
In case of Alpine doing all the firings it might not even be Bruno's fault, in an interview Otmar said part of the reason he was fired is because Alpine management told him to make a lot of changes in the team like firing in his works, good and hard working, employees to save money or something, and he said no.
I wouldn't blame Otmar for defending his actions. In another interview, I recall him saying that before he came along there were barely any structured departments. Szafnauer may not be a high-flying TP but he could make a midfield team dance on occassion. Alpine were foolish to sack him. In my mind, Bruno was an ineffective leader and relied on conflict and fiery opinions. He was prepared to risk litigation after Ocon's actions in Monaco. That kind of managing is something I abhor.
10/10 ratings: Both Lewis breaking news (I was not expecting that) Both Adrian Newey breaking news (I was not expecting that either) Mattia Binotto back to Audi (Let him cook. I repeat: let him cook. It's gonna be so funny) Logan replaced by Colapinto (I was expecting him to leave after Abu Dhabi and not right after Dutch GP) Estaban Ocon dropped for Abu Dhabi (I was expecting him to get a proper send off for the last race) Checo dropped at year end (His contract extended news not so funny because I knew red bull gonna red bull, but him getting dropped after Abu Dhabi is so silly. Honestly they should not have done the contract extension after 2023)
My highlights are definitely Lewis leaving Merc/joining Ferrari, Checo leaving immediately (despite it being a long time coming) and Liam joining RBR, and Newey leaving RBR/joining Aston. A couple of shockers, Ocon being dropped for Doohan taking over immediately, Sainz joining Williams. And Colapinto joining Williams, not actually a shocker, because of the halfyear contract, but still remarkable, same for Antonelli, it was coming, but it was still remarkable that it actually happened. Same for Ricciardo leaving, i was hoping that either Liam or Yuki would get the promotion eventually, because i never understood why they brough him back. I think Antonelli and Lawson would be interesting to keep an eye on, to see which rookie in the big team is going to better. But, one of the biggest stories at the start of the season, never came back again, the whole Horner debacle, i wonder if that has ended, or how it will end.
The biggest surprise this year for me were two: Hamilton to Ferrari and the fact that everyone in my country started asking me questions about F1 because of Colapinto joining the grid
You can tell that Law isn't feeling great just by how many times he says "or something like that". He's usually very articulate and his scripts are well written.
Dear Lewis fans: Plese stop posting that EVERYONE knew where the were when Ferrari had announced Lewis coming over. Yes I do love this sport, but Lewis doesn't represent all of the excitement about it. I respect him, but there are other fans here as well. Don't speak for the entire community only because you support one driver. Kind regards: Fan of F1
The non "BREAKING NEWS" silly news are: The Christian Hornier saga The FIA vs Max saga THe FIA against swearing saga The sequel of Max vs Princess George The COTA trophy copyright saga The Andretti 11th team saga The Lando 'it's not talent it's just luck' saga And the "Checo being the only driver in the big 4 to not win a GP" saga
Lewis joining Ferrary was such a bis thing that even people that never actually watched F1 they new about it. Lewis at Ferrari… I still can't believe it. I can't believe that Hamilton will be in Red overalls
Now some reality for our British bubble, biggest clash of cultures in sport history coming up 4 races into the season when this 100 million per year DEI project fails. Lewis is not holy in Italy, Italy will not kneel for sir holy and Italy will judge him as a racing driver and that will be the first time in a decade for him. Italy and Italian media are not going to window dress lewis his miserable driving and prima donna behavior as the Brits do. And lewis his fans, dear god, Ferrari and Italy will regret it when the death threats are coming in and the social media war has started. It’s going to be hilarious
The only shocking thing about Lewis to Ferrari is the pure desperation of Ferrari for sponsorship money. They got rid of Sainz for Hamilton. What a joke
The silliest story of the 2024 for me was Leclerc signing a new deal with Ferrari, granting him a fat pay rise AND "team leader status"... only for Elkann to wipe his @$$ with the new contract a week later and presenting Old Man Hamilton as the new team leader. This really had me in stitches. 😂 And a happy new year to you and the family, Law.
You're being a goofball. Lewis was telegraphing his move to Ferrari months in advance. We all knew he was leaving the terrible situation that was Merc.
Your video's are incredibly lazy (Like most f1 channels) but this is a new low and even for you. The desperate clickbait to the god awful editing while you desperately drag the video out so you can pretend like you have something to talk about while you don't actually have anything is honestly just sad. Do better

Alonso driving for longer than he's been alive is the 🎉most "Alonso" thing I've heard all week.
I really enjoyed this detail too hahaha!! So true! xD
That thumbnail is outrageous
Really false expectations
He's desperate
Hey, ladder man. Is your throat doing okay?
Yeah Law, you sound absolutely brutal. I hope you're doing alright. Get some lozenges, drink some tea with honey, and rest up! 🤒🤧❤

My number 1 story this year... Andretti vs F1... which will be a movie coming to Netflix in 2026... or atleast a documentary in the UNTOLD SERIES.
that winter break content drought be hittin' hard 🤣🤣🤣
But I wont complain any appearence of the ladderman is good
The ' off the scale ' demonstration was just awesome. Keep up the great work mate, take care and have an excellent new year.😊
Lewis to the red team was the biggest shock and newey a close 2nd.
it was really nice seeing zhou pop up at a counter strike major and having a good time in a show match
The thumbnail is Lewis when he remembered that tweet he posted about Diddy.............
That is diabolical 😂
What about …. Santander joining Williams for £73 Billion on a multi year contract and leaving Ferrari
The deal isn’t worth £73 billion, Santander is.
@@rhysmcfarlane2886thanks for that, I had to go back and reread the article. LoL I was initially with the OP thinking 72 billion for a 1.24 billion team, that would buy the team 58 times over.... 😅😅
Fernando staying at AM was higher for me because it limited options for other driver moves, like Sainz
Dude, you got a sore throat or something? Hope you're doing okay
Great video LawVS

Will you be posting the results of the form in another video?

Sounding a bit husky there Law, look after yourself and have a break ❤
Can't. Had 10 days off already

Nothing can beat hamiltons move to ferrari
This is going to be the year of the 33!
