Hey Jon, I want to attach via email approval attachments that are attached to the online form, but I can't do that. Is it possible to do that? can you help me, pls?
Hi Jon, i'm working on email approval with Power Automate, I saw your video you always trigger the flow using 'When an item is created' but what if I do some mass upload. e.g. i upload 10 record at same time. how to send out all approval email not waiting for which of them done in system
Can this be done with a Sharepoint List instead of a Document Library? Currently my app stores all user inputs including attachments in a List, not a document library
Really good video.... While adding attachment i am getting below error "A Common Data Service database for this environment has not completed provisioning or does not yet support the requested approvals functionality. Please try again later"... can you help me with this
Hi Jon, I am new to working with Power Automate and I have certainly enjoyed your videos. I am working approvals and attachments. Your Approval Workflow 2.0 used an url link to get information to the approver. On this video, I see Daniel is using the Actions of File Select, Get File Properties, and Get File Content. Is this how you need to make attachments work? If you have another video that explains how to setup attachments in more detail that would be great to see. Keep the videos coming. Stay Safe!
@@JonJLevesque I want them to save in my Teams folder. The main issue is that the documents that I'm approving are coming from outside of my organization and they don't have access to review the document once I approve or deny. I'm using PowerApps and Automate to send them the document link, they then request edits and send the document back to me via automate.
@@DanielLaskewitz would you mind expanding the 'Apply to each', 'Get attachment content', and 'Append to array variable' actions... I'm still getting something wrong. Thx.
@@DanielLaskewitz Hi Daniel... never mind the request to expand the items in your screen shot, and thank you for getting me started in the right direction. I was able, with help from you and other resources, to get an Excel file (and other files) attached to an approval email notification... not the easiest thing to do. ;-)

Great video. I am working on a project that I need to received the signature from the physician as the approval. What process do you recommend?
Plug the docusign connector in, have it output a pdf in the word connector!
Jon Levesque thanks!!!

I'm trying to find a training on how to add an attachment approval flow for those who do not have SharePoint?
Save them where instead?

Nice vid guys... is there a way to add a SharePoint List Item attachment to an approval email?
@@DanielLaskewitz Thanks Daniel... would you mind listing the steps needed? I can't just add the attachment to the approval email. Thanks much!
