Hi Maria As of 09.24.2020 I purchased Chordial (via Gumroad) and while i was able to generate a chordial plot, I was unable to save my plot as a .chordial file. In addition, I was unable to save my plot as a .png or as a .svg file. Do you (or anyone here actually) have any recommendations on how to export/save the files? Alternatively, if this is a bug that cannot be fixed, how do I go about getting a refund?
Is this on windows? I’ve seen some issues lately with saving files on windows, sorry about that! Please email me at maria@omgenomics.com and I’ll troubleshoot and otherwise get you the refund.

I really like the versatility of the software (I am not well versed in bioinformatics so this software is quite appealing) and before going for the refund, it is my hope we can fix it so I can generate sweet, informative eye candy :) I will try emailing you again and perhaps we can get this going! Just to update, this issue was resolved -- there was a bug in the Windows version due to a dependency update that changed the API for saving files, but I got it fixed after Alfredo brought it to my attention.

Chordial is not built with python, but I have a video about how to turn a python script into a command line program, so I suggest you start there!

What do you use to make your apps cross platform? Electron?
Yes, I used Electron, which was also handy because it let me develop it like a web app with D3 and everything.
