The video seems missed to describe how the overseas buyer able to loan money when they wish to buy home and land package ? Are they only to pay the tax of land price portion (no need for house portion) ? Is it apply to townhouse and duplex property ?
因安全問題,builder 在建築途中喺唔會隨便比人(業主, 業主engineer 或agent)人去睇㗎. 你可以在site 外面睇, 但睇唔到裡面. 一般builder 可以每一個階段比業主睇, 通常每隔三至六個月
现在澳紐許多屋宛區都是要交昂贵管理费的+昂贵维修费
却没有什么好設施要维修管理的呢!骗钱成份極高。
例如奥克蘭市中心 Beach Rd 那群 apartments 明明交通方便
又有海景(近一半单位向海) 。没设施可言!有 大堂 & Lift 而已....
结果是,紐人大家懂。
更讓带土地的 House 更值钱。
