Very interesting learning about the most dangerous airports in the world. Don't think I'll be going to any of them.😮✈️
I flew into Paro, Bhutan in 2008 but already had been taking my chances driving around the Himalayan roads of Tibet. My brother is a private pilot and had taught me to fly, although I'm not licensed, and I am a bit of a thrill-seeker, so I just thought of Druk Air (the Bhutanese airline) as an E-ticket ride! But I swore I could hear our wing tips brushing the pine trees as we zig-zagged through the canyons, dropping altitude ... We were so low over the homes on final approach that people on the patios laying out peppers to dry waved at us. We landed on the first try. Taking off was the more-scary part! Pointed at a mountain and running out of air strip, I kept praying "Pedal to the metal, sweetheart!"
I like Iceland and Iceland air if you ever fly with them:
They have good landings (mostly) and nice cabin crew

Amazing that TNCS didn’t make the list. 400 m total length but only 385m available for landing. Sheer cliffs on three sides and mountain on the fourth. For me St Barts and Princess Juliana were easier to get into than Saba. And even at that length the Saba locals never liked when we passed the intersection after landing 😂😂 good memories
