Literally speaking, upto 100 million dollars it's fine, 150 is still enough, but you don't need much of these stuffs in an aircraft like a GYM, swimming pool, garrage, stable, gold plated interior, King's chair etc. You are buying an aircraft, not a mansion to spend your entire life in it. It's only a couple of hours in it and that's it!

I don't know where you get your information from. But some of your info is inaccurate. I know this, because I am a retired 777 and 747 captain with over 34 years of flying and over 25k hours. The a380, was suppose to be serial number 1. The first prototype. No, the aircraft was never sold.
