France should be paying the UK for every boat crossing not the other way around.
When the UK was in the EU the French had to take the migrants back, as per the Dublin Regulation. Now, they don't. And they certainly don't have to pay the UK anything.
NO WONDER WE ARE IN TROUBLE IF HE IS A GOVERNMENT ADVISER
Seems strange why people like Fenni are unable to understand that the UK is a small island country and we do not have anymore space and resources left to accommodate more. If there are problems happening around the world then it is not our responsibility to worry about the rest of the world!

the french arent going to stop the boats as it gets the migrants off their land so makes less of an issue for them to deal with ... its basically giving them free money

There are a number of issues with this: 1. Are there no cap of just how many we are allowing into the country (both legal an illegal). The public sevices and infrustructure are already falling apart. 2. If these people are genuine refugies, why are they not claiming assylum in France. 3. How is it that France can deport far more people than the UK. 4. This discussion assumes all the people are fleeing persicution and war. Economic migrants have not been mentioned.

adopt what business do in the UK. For every illegal that they employ, the business gets fined £10K. So, for every illegal, we fine France £20K. And if they refuse, we simply dont renew the payment and send the navy in to blockade the route. Problem solved
