Auto ISO, Auto WB, Manual Aperture, Manual Shutter speed; exposure adjusted using Exposure Compensation. It’s usually the only setting I adjust throughout my shooting day.
Great settings. Thank you 👍
These are gems thanks mate, just learnt i can set a range when the settings are on auto
My pleasure and thanks . I’m glad that you learnt something.👍
Great video and nice pics. Well done 👍 ❤
Thank you very much.
At last a video that explains auto Iso in an understandable language, thank you sir
Glad I could help out there. I appreciate the comment. Thank you, Sir 👍

Thank you 👍
Thank you, for your work and your videos! 🙏
My pleasure. That you for your support 👍
I use aperture priority with auto ISO all the time, whether I'm on the street or in the woods. F8 and be there.
Thanks man. It’s the best setting. Appreciate it 👍
Beautiful shots! Thanks once again for your tutorial Joe!
Thank you very much.
I prefer the Manuel Mode and iso Auto
Thanks. It’s a great choice.
The only problem I have found in this method is that the camera prioritizes the iso setting, so in almost every situation the camera picks a very high iso and aperture value, instead of a lower aperture and iso value. Just like in your photo the iso is at 2500 and the aperture is f10!!!
Thanks for the comment. With this method, I pick the Aperture. The camera doesn’t. Like I said, the camera will generally pick an ISO within the range I set. 100 - 3200.
I really don’t see any noise unless the camera goes past 6400.
If I used an ISO range of 100 - 800, then the camera wouldn’t have gone above 800, but then I would have to be careful with my Aperture and the Shutter Speed would constantly be sacrificed to a very slow Shutter speed, that would potentially cause significant blur. There are trade offs. But I personally don’t have a problem with high ISOs.
I appreciate the comment 👍
Thanks for the video, it was great!👌
My pleasure. Thank you.
well explained, good photos
Thank you 👍
Your photos are really amazing, subscribed! What’s that thing you use to take photo , attached to the Ricoh 😊
Thank you very much. I appreciate your positive feedback and your sub. It’s a wired shutter release cable:

I didn’t realise the GR would automatically reduce the shutter speed if necessary. Good to know, thanks.
My pleasure. That’s the beauty of Auto ISO. Thank you 👍
Interesting video, thank you.
Thank you 🙏
