I had a friend many years ago who went to jail in Georgia for a year for possession of less than an once of marijuana. I guess multiple cases of sexual assault deserve equal time………?

I think it's a concern that he could escalate if unchecked. He certainly seems to think he is above the law. Sadly, the legal process and his enablers so far, have taught him that he is.
His probation was revoked not parole. Parole is when you’re released from prison early. You serve the remainder of your sentence in the community. Probation is is what you get instead of going to prison.

I watched my own father get screwed over time and time again. I watched the VTDOC (Vermont dept. Of corrections) do all kinds of illegal shit and get away with all of it. Why? Because the AG of Vermont and his judges didn't care about laws or even rules of engagement. They treated such things as suggestions that they never have to follow and they only enforce the rules that help themselves. I wish VT had a FitsNews organization that wasn't scared but every news organization there is just another cog in the Good ol' boys club. They only do stories that don't involve hard work or deep digging. Shit they won't even look at a story where 95% of the leg work was done they just had to verify the documents!
