I love your personality! I'm 54 and am trying to reframe my mindset with aging. When I see the turkey net, I'm learning to accept that I'm aging. And overall I am enjoying this season of life. It took awhile to adjust to the empty nest, but as time has passed, like you say we grow closer to the Lord. I live more in the moment. ❤

This is very timely as I am also nursing back and side pain. I’m not a religious person but videos like these are comforting. Your music got me through my 20s and your videos are helping me 30 years later. People used to say I looked like you and I’m also a singer, for Superfizzee. Our song Dome of Stars was chosen on the New York Times playlist last spring. My only claim to fame. Lol
I still have my Wilson Phillips cassette. My husband wanted to toss it and I said no cause it’s a big part of my life.
When I watch your videos I feel like I am listening to someone I’ve known for years who shares my pain. I appreciate that. Keep it up.

Lower back pain is from low magnesium. Get some “Calm” from the health food store. Hope this helps Chynna.
On the back thing get your kidneys and colon checked out. You eat very healthy however these things can still occur.

BTW…where did you get your glasses??? Love them and do they help with computer and screen sensitivity??
I am not on Instagram never TickTock however love UA-cam I watch your videos and so many great informational videos. I would never discourage you from Acupuncture however it did not help my Occipital Neuralgia, meaning migraines, help dear Lord.

Chynna, I suffer lower back pain too. Its my muscles (covid shot side affects) . I use "Salonpas" pads for temporary pain relief. I recommend the smaller pads, 60 ct box. Cost about 12.00 at Walmart, Albertsons. They may help you. It comes in a cream too. Havent tried it yet but are planning on buying it next time. 😊

You’ve given me a lot to think about , so that’s good. Aging….im finally handling my life well, with our Lord, but a 62 im a mass of aches and pains. Ok exaggeration…but I did find out that I have to have surgery in a few weeks. Not only is my stomach herniated up into my chest cavity, it’s upside down.

Well, for all of your Christian out there, I have a son who’s going to Central Michigan University and he is living with his girlfriend and he was brought up. You know going to church of course though he had mom and dad who fought a lot, not always in front of them, but towards the end of our relationship, we are divorced now it got brutal. They saw some really crazy hurtful things. My son always took his father side and that was hurtful to me. I remember him screaming 2 inches from my face when he was about 13 and just telling me to shut up because I was mad at his father for not doing anything all day, he would just stay home and, say he was taking care of the kids, but he wasn’t. He was smoking pot and drinking and doing what whatever he felt like doing but doing what he should’ve been doing as a parent and I got tired of it and I was really tired of probably five years into our relationship and we were together a total of 32 years we dated for seven so I think that’s partly the reason that my son has chosen to go with a unequally girl he wants to live in the world he wants to not be accountable to anybody he doesn’t wanna wear a billboard for Christ on his chest. He doesn’t wanna show anybody that he’s a Christian and it’s kind it just saddens me to the core so this me up when he met this girl because she was like putting make up on his face and painting his nails, I’m just like she’s a Jezebel and I didn’t tell my son that but didn’t want him to get angry at me because he would take her side but I’m like why are you letting him her do that to you and he’d say well I’m comfortable with my masculinity, but why does she wanna put eyeliner on your eyes and do all that? It’s just so weird this girl drives me crazy. I don’t think she’s she has no manners. I don’t think she’s a good pic but you know maybe God has put her in our lives to bring her to Christ. My son certainly doesn’t show that he is. He’s brought to church a couple times but You know they’ll sit there and talk most of the time it’s like you guys know be respectful and he gets mad at me for saying anything so I don’t know if there’s a wedge between us now I try to love them, but you know he just doesn’t respect me he doesn’t care about me and I think that’s why he really sought to find a girlfriendso which is fine I mean I’m glad he found someone who was a Christian girl not one that isn’t so has anybody else else to talk to but it doesn’t help she doesn’t have kids she can’t relate

You are so delightful today. Talk about saying you are sorry brings back memories. I come from a family of 8 children a big Italian family. I am the second oldest and oldest girl. My brothers and sisters were too young to fight with as I was always taking care of them. My fights were with my Father. I look back and say I was the only one who would get mad at him and say what I thought. He always said this,I may be wrong however I am the Father so she has to make up with me. I did many times just by showing up at his house and start talking end of story. I am sure I insulted people over the years maybe not intentionally however I put it up to the Lord to ask his forgiveness. Now I am too old to let anyone or anything get me mad at people or circumstances. I would love to drop into one of your meetings however been a phobic joiner my whole life. Blessings dear heart.❤️
