Yeah that's a nice skill for someone who is a teacher. He completely understands low elo chess and maybe that's why he is so popular as I am sure that 90 percent of chess viewers are triple digits.
Levy couldn't become a grandmaster so he honed a skill even grandmasters can't understand 😂
And now no one can become better than him at this
Oh he could become a GM if he wanted to, he retired from doing it at the pro level to pursue UA-cam and streaming for fun.
Of all the Chess masters and commentators in the game, GothamChess is easily the one who is best at understanding the playing ability of those well below his level.

This dude is so underrated. He can SEE everything, exept his self confidence.
True, he has beaten other grandmasters before, but when it's a serious competition, he gets worried, Levy if he overcomes it can be a GM easily

Aman + Levy was an absolute powerhouse duo. Aman is incredible at playing the straight man foil to Levy. I only ever want to watch them commentate games.
This is insanity, but my favourite is still Ludwig predict on the finals ahahah
That's just how Pogchamps goes and Levy understands that. Basically he was looking for the worst possible moves and the player's thoughts beelined towards that.

"Unless he starts going totally crazy with something like..." (move in question gets played before Levy finishes). I'm not sure if this moment counts. Yes, obviously Levy had g5 in mind, but it was played before he even said what the move was for "going totally crazy."
Also, I'm surprised that we didn't get any Guess the Elo moments in this compilation. Levy has not only predicted bad moves, but also on at least two occasions (I don't remember in which episodes) *still* reacts in pure disbelief when the moves in question get played.
Because he has the moves in front of him during guess the elo so anytime he acts surprised, it's cap

There's one skill that only levy have, is predicting the worst moves or even a line. Different from a GM who always predict the best move for their opponent
