- To celebrate Gamera's return in september of 2023, here is an evolution of not only Gamera's roar, but also the roars of all the other kaiju featured in the Gamera series, from 1965 to 2023!

It always bothered me that Gamera/Toto in 2006 used the universal monster roar. Like, why??
100% agree. Gamera's roar is iconic, and it doesn't sound right without it.
Maybe it was to show how Toto hasn't quite become the proper Guardian of the Universe yet, but still disappointing
