Just to clarify a bit, the Gaoss effect lets you add back a Digimon card with Xros requirements. So it’s only adding back metalgreys, which isn’t counterintuitive to the playstyle since you can only use those from trash if you’re xrosing into an armor (which your list isn’t doing). As for alternative options, Death X is huge for the deck. It gives you lingering control and the combination of source strip into Dedigivolve/Delete is an easy board clear even from the biggest Digimon. I’m also partial to Ukkomon, which gives you an extra rookie check on average, gives you extra cycle/wanya draws, and that extra memory to mess around with (for instance Ukko in raising and a mem setter Kiriha turn 1 means you can Blazing and choke to 1 on turn 2)
you did not mention it but since metalgarurumon is cyborg you can search it with supreme connection as well. that make metalgaruru actually more consistent in the deck

Blue Flare is secret OP I'm sure. If I could go to Alicante Regional I would take Bkue Flare for sure.
Maybe I'll take it to Alicante, we'll see how testing goes!
Just popping in. Rouged out and can use dia to bear blue flare if the cards hit right. Lol
It's not that big a deal. I saw Machinedramon destroy it at locals after the main tournament games.
Blue Flare has always had issues with Machinedramon due to its redirects, the deck cannot really do much about it.
