I enjoy your deliberate pointing out of everything you are checking and doing. Reminds me of all the videos I’ve watched on Japanese transportation videos (i.e. trains, buses, etc…). Excellent videos! Cheers.
I am impressed at how diligent you are with your pre-trip inspection. It is so easy for people to be lazy and take shortcuts. I would feel very safe riding on your bus!
@adventureoflinkmk2 Just so you know James not only Drives the Buses he is actually 1 of the owners of the Company.i assume this guy is trying to be and do what james does and i also assume James and the peoria charter has allowed him to film on there buses.
Nice video my dude except that's not UIC campus but UC (University of Chicago). 59th Woodlawn, Midway Parkway & Jewels on Cottage Grove. Use to work for UC and I'm a grad from UIUC. Champaign has changed greatly since I left but main campus is the same. Great visuals...
@9:15, you should buy a $36 shop-stick and keep with you at all times, like I do keep it my Toyota Tacoma and take it with me on my Honda Goldwing when I travel, you just never know when you need it.
Albert, you are quite meticulous and that is cool and very Japanese. Although, I am wondering, is that your personal vacuum or company property? And, how does the cleaning crew react you "fixing" their work? I also liked the camera stability in this video... no nausea and makes for good ASMR :) Nice job.
Thank you for the kind words! The vacuum is company property. I will do whatever it takes to have a clean bus for myself and my passengers, regardless of how wash crew feels. This was filmed with a static mount, but the caveat is I cannot film with passengers on board since it takes up a couple seats and is very obvious.
As long as you keep lose hanging items away and exercise caution, it's a good way to visually and audibly check first engine start of the day. You could say driving or walking up the entrance stairs are inherently dangerous and fatal too, but with caution incidents are avoided.
@alblua nope not me I have a friend who races cars lost his hand when a belt broke. We just had a driver get injured badly while under the hood of a running bus engine. First Student now has a policy all engines must be turned off and drivers must have keys in pocket when inspecting or adding fluids.
Well done!
Thanks! 🙏
Hi j wang love your vids

Yes, it's exactly inspired from that! I've watched my fair share of those videos and seen in action in Japan 😊

Thank you! 🙏
Thank you for sharing.
I love this video, so relaxing. Subbed! 🚎
Glad you enjoyed!
Hey this is where that motorcoach world (aka James) guy works at
@adventureoflinkmk2 Just so you know James not only Drives the Buses he is actually 1 of the owners of the Company.i assume this guy is trying to be and do what james does and i also assume James and the peoria charter has allowed him to film on there buses.
We make different styles of videos and drive on the side when needed, but yes we both work at the same company :)
@@albluadoing a good job boss
Shisa Kanko on point! Nice!
"On point" ;)
Good job!
Big Shisa Kanko energy. I love it. 👉
You noticed! 😊
Plan A: Pilot. Plan B: Coach Driver??? You make it seem so relaxing lol
Haha, I'm saving up for flight lessons myself!
those buses have shockingly good turning radius. a lot of those turns didnt look like you could make them. good driving bro
It's not great, but it definitely turns better than you expect!
I follow James channel so when I saw Peoria coach I had to check it out.
yep, me too!
Keep up posting bus and coach related content! Subs from us 😁😁
I'll do my best!
That's my dream company❤❤❤

Uh oh! That's embarrassing...good catch! I'll change it right away. Yes, UIUC has changed a lot even in recent years and still is!
I'm a half agrophobic but these videos really calm me haha. Weird
11:18 I miss that sound so much lol
It's a very satisfying button to push 😁
Haha James never vacuums his bus 😂
LOL I'm just super picky having a clean bus

Definitely a lesson learned, I'm always packing utensils moving forward

Yes would ride it
First time watching this in the UK I'm interested in buses how many coaches has this company got
We have a little over 40 motorcoaches. There are MCI J4500s, Prevost H3-45s, and VanHool CX45s that we operate
Great video only thing is that’s not UIC it’s UCM (University Of Chicago Medicine) lol
Yes, I'm aware! I changed the title and notated so in the description, can't change the actual video anymore 🥲
I actually recently just was hired with Greyhound. Looking forward to my adventures
✌🏾
I won't stand in front of a running engine unless it's required by a trainer. I've seen too many injuries happen

Of course. The manliest thing to do
