- Hello guys
please take this as a note because I faced this problem and whenever you want to stay in pg pr room or flat please clear these things before giving money.
They are doing business on that and we are continuously paying them, they get to benefit from it and even we do not get the things for which we are paying for it.
so keep these factors in considerations whenever you want to stay in pg/flat.
and take as a serious note of pg charges of all fixed and miscellaneous charges because at the end of the month if you are paying more than rs. 10,000 only for pg than it will be the huge cost you have to bear.
so keep charges as less as possible.

Before Checkin
Take a blank paper and write
Room No.
Rent Agreed.
Security
No. of sharing
Electricity bill per unit price (check properly some charge very high above normal bill).
Sub-meter for your room.
Food and Snaks no. of time served.
Other charges.
Table & Chair if available.
Get the paper signed by Owner and You, keep original copy with you and give photocopy to Owner.
Take one ID photocopy of PG incharge or Owner,and send it to your family.

First read the rules and regulations written in the rent agreement instead of blaming owners. And as I know 1 month notice is required before vacating the place otherwise it won't be refunded.
