    500ml water
    90ml sugar
    Pandan leaves 2 pieces
    1 small drop Yellow food coloring
    Rose flavor (red Hoon Kuih)

    1 small drop Rose essence
    1 small drop of pink food coloring
    Mold: Square mold (6cm high x15cm wide x15cm long)

    Rice flour-60g
    Tapioca flour-30 g
    Caster sugar-80g
    Pandan Juice-180ml (8 pandan leaves cut into sections and add 200ml water, beat into juice with a food processor)
    1/2 teaspoon of Lye/Alkaline water
    p/s: (If you want a softer taste, you can add 70ml of water into the flour mixture)
    Coconut layer:
    Shredded White Coconut-50g
    Salt-pinch
    Steam for 5 minutes.

    28g mung bean flour/Hoen Kwe flour
    320ml water
    140 g caster sugar
    1/4 teaspoon fine salt
    White layer material:
    300g thick coconut milk
    3/4 teaspoon fine salt
    50g rice flour
    24g mung bean flour/Hoen Kwe flour
    110ml hot water
