How to program and set the master pin on a Yale Keyless Lock

I got my lock with ADT. I’ve since switched alarm companies but still have the same lock. I’ve followed several how to videos including yours and I’m still not able to reset the master code or add additional codes. It’s driving me crazy!

Can you share how to delete a user code and delete all user code? I find you’re the only video working for my model to add a code, so much appreciated!

Mine used to lock automatically after a few seconds, but since resetting the master pin it no longer does this. Do you know how to fix that?
