What the unionist media don't understand is the campaign for Scottish independence is not beholden to the fortunes of the SNP. The SDLP used to be the major nationalist party in the north of Ireland, now they are heading towards minor party status. Yet the drive for a united Ireland is stronger than ever. So even if the SNP did one day crash and burn, which is far from certain to happen, it won't mean Scotland is turning unionist.

Ipsos Mori Scotland gives the most accurate data. They do Scotland only polling from an office in Edinburgh. They also have a ten year independence tracker.
That would be Ipsos MORI who have received £5 MILLION from the Scottish government, whereas 40+ polls over the last 12 months reveal that the majority of the electorate wants to stay in the UK.
Expecting half the Scottish population to start backing unionist parties is wishful thinking, to say the least.

Labour have 2 MPs from Scotland at present. SNP are predicted to take all 6 Tory seats in Scotland. Labour miles behind in those seats. Reform don’t show in Scottish polling, so less than 1%.
Tories are not expected to get whitewashed, SNP are only expected to win my seat Edinburgh South West in the Central Belt (via vote splitting) so that's inaccurate to say the least.
