Persons of Interest in Armed Kidnapping/Robbery, 1100 b/o Shepherd Rd, NW, on February 6, 2019

The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to an Armed Kidnapping (Gun)/Armed Robbery (Gun) incident which occurred in the 1100 block of Shepherd Road, NW, on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at approximately 1:53 AM. The subjects were captured by nearby surveillance cameras.
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia. CCN #19-021-314.
