Wow I just came upon your videos it is well edited, very detailed and your voice is so beautiful you make me want to come and buy this house right away. Good job dear lovely keep up the good work from Tx USA
Wow! Ok.. so correct me if I am wrong, I converted this to UK £s on google and I’m getting just under £400K... is this correct? If that’s the case, I am relocating ASAP 😫
I agreed with my follow youtubers that Confidence is the best real estate agent that we have in Nigeria right now when it comes to showing a house to buyer or buyers She os so thorough, so details ,showing every part the house one by one including all the futures. Light on in every room for the buyer to see. You are the best and other agent add should go and learn from. you how to show a house. Keep up your good job and remain blessed .
Watching this with my 7-year-old. When she said there’s enough space to park 6 or 7 cars, my daughter was like “why would anyone have 6 or 7 cars? “ . Welcome to Nigeria 😂😂
Americans have more cars than Nigerians. I was watching a show where the American guy had more that 30 cars parked in his garage...and you know what? He is still buying more
Cos dad needs one , mum needs one , kids need depending on number of kids. You need the 4 wheel for the rugged trips to the village and low key ride for going to the market etc. You can't be driving your Bently to market or gym 😁😁😁😜😜

I love the house and all it's concept but the only thing i dont like about this house is the lack of privacy, the fence demacating the neighbours is too low
I'm a Ghanaian living in US, but I must be frank Nigeria has the most beautiful houses in Africa if not the entire world and they are reasonably priced. Ghana is rather becoming unreasonably expensive.
Not grandpa and grandma friendly because of too many steps. As a middle age person I would want my bedroom suite to be down stairs. I will not spend so much money for pain and suffering climbing up and down when I retire from active duty.
@Java Konjo it's not everyone that does maids if they have the right tools. You may have a live-out nanny or cleaner so it would be helpful to ensure the kitchen is "fully fitted" as mentioned.
Why is it that in Nigeria they don't have nice built in closet in all this beautiful homes, in all this mansions with kids closest.. I'm sorry is very small.
Nice house and the only thing I don't like is the windows,I suggest the Nigerian real estate agents or owners should fill the house with a furniture just to give that full view and satisfaction for the viewers and buyers as how it is done In South Africa
The house looks nice but all that white really takes from the home, its to old fashion..... today, people like a variety, such as Grey walls and Beige walls, some occasions burgundy and Blue.
Not a bad property. Don't know why we are so anti greenery in Nigeria. The whole area around that pool would be grass almost anywhere else. Any why is every house "luxury". Does no one build "normal" middle income houses again. Or there is no such thing as middle income in Nigeria again? 😁
I do not like the layout of the house. Especially the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is barely getting natural light and it's just a weird layout. The white everywhere is also kind of boring. Not enough closet space in the kids room.
The house is nice, BUT NOT PRICED CORRECTLY. The finish is not luxurious throughout, actually kept natural to give the expensive appearance look at a cheaper cost. Big house made cheap and sold at a crazy price. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
N198m will not pay that amount, next house is so close, might as well buy both buildings, if your other half is a screamer your next door neighbour will be enjoying the concert acoustic.
The 180 million house in Abuja is 100% better than this. With furnitures, oven, washing machine, tvs in every room and bathroom, yes I said bathroom. Art decoration. You move in with just clothes.

Give us prices in USD currency as well
I am quite keen on this. Let's your online contact details please.

Bulletproof entrance door? ok? but are all the windows bullet proof too! Because if not, the main entrance door is useless.

We've become allergic to trees and plants in West Africa these days
I don’t know why I’m watching this when I’m still living with my mother

WOW THIS HOUSE IS LUXURY, IT IS GREAT AND VERY SPACIOUS.. I WOULD PAY EVEN MORE
Gorgeous house. Well built, nice open concept, a beautiful kitchen with an equally beautiful Island. I'd buy it if I had the money.
i think i'm more captivated/in awe by the beautiful queen showcasing this mansion lol

Thank you!
The walking closet 🔥🔥🔥 it’s so beautiful
That kitchen is stunning .
If the presenter came with the house, I would buy it today...
Very nice presentation skills, ill subscribe just for that👌
you really should feature more houses with central air conditioning. cos the heat in Nigeria is a serious business
Best parts of the house for me is the master suite and kitchen
DJ? Igbara-O? 🤔
Great presentation.... This is what a realtor should be like.... she could sell you anything... Reminds me of @Enes Yilmazer
Thank you
I really love this house! I want to move to Nigeria.

Wonderful delivery.
Is this home still available and what part of lekki is it?
No privacy, your neighbours are almost sharing and overlooking each other’s, fence should be considered rising up for extra security
Exactly....
No privacy?, No Land

Gorgeous house
Just subscribed. Everything is lovely! Is this house still available?
Thanks for subscribing. This house is sold.
Unbelievable,,,👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
I think you should do review on housesay that are wider but this house and review so good
Nigerians are afraid of trees and greenery
Ghanaians too lol
Good job
550000 dolllars not bad for pricing in a home like that . In California the prices are this high but broke down homes
This is Africa, prices should be lower because we have land and resources.

This looks beautiful. It is just difficult getting the image of the peninsular flooding that hits Lekki every year. Is this a different part?
As the exchange rate fluctuates, do these homes remain at the Naira rate?
