@@CapysGardenShop The non-refundable fee for a lot reservation is not the person's asset, so the government would not be able to take it from the person (or company) that was pad the fee. They can only take assets like money in a bank account, stocks, etc., or things that a person owns such as a house, land, car's, etc.

You should hire LuAnn as a designer. She has great vision and knows what people want. Her storage is amazing. Well thought out house. I’ve watched the video so many times. Her fridge is not full sized and her door has a stencil she applied that looks amazing..not blinds. Lowes did the downstairs blinds which set it off ❤️
Now I gotta' go back and look again! I see something new each time!

This is the tiny home of my dreams. I love everything about it. I like the kitchen on the end and how it has room for that large table . I hope Randy keep the bathroom just like LuAnne’s with the cute cut out above the toilet.

I love the fact that she has a dining table/desk that is “chair” height. I prefer this over a counter height, or bar height. Just in case this helps anyone. GE has a new washer/dryer combo and it is getting really good reviews. It’s sold at Lowe’s I think it’s $3000, last time I checked it was $1000 off. It also has a fantastic warranty. Thank you LuAnn for sharing your home again. ❤😊

The comment I'm responding to disappeared but I consider this an important piece of information for people who are on disability, medicaid, and other benefits to do their due diligence on. The topic was in regards to key payments for permission to rent. People may not think to be aware that if you are dependent on any kind of benefits to thoroughly go over all of the rules and regulations before you act. Every state has it's own rules and I was shocked to find in many states people on disability or Medicaid cannot even have a funeral insurance plan as it counts as income. It is relevant to make certain the key payment for permission to rent is not also put into the income category. I know it's hard but don't let the naysayers in regards to the asking of important questions and making critically significant points get to you. I learn a lot from other folk's questions and comments and I always read yours (referring to the original commenter). In addition it's good to remember that not everyone watches every video or reads every comment and some points absolutely bear repeating.
@@american_woman - Thank you as well. I didn't know either until a few years ago but I used the wrong word. It counts as an asset not as income. I have a close family member who is disabled and on Medicaid and while she is not close to dying we wanted to look into making final arrangements for her in advance so she wouldn't have worry about that. She was told she was only allowed a total of $2,000 in assets because of her benefits and a prepaid plan would count as an asset.

The best parts are the 💙kitchen on the end that can hold a good-sized table, the 💙Ikea wall of storage, and the 💙very large feeling bathroom. I can see myself living in a home like this!!! Of course, the quality and custom carpentry are awesome in LuAnn's House! ☮🌈⭐🎁
I love the kitchen @ one end & the bathroom on the other end. Will & Becky's door @ the staircase end was also one of my favorites. Randy could add a "bay window" behind the kitchen sink with glass shelves for all kinds of plants!!! 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🍅🍓🌱🌱🌱🌱😁

Love the Layout with the Kitchen at the End, Allows for larger hallway (Basically Handicap accessible). Suggestion for bathroom would be to allow for stackable Washer and Dryer maybe slide shower out where vanity is and put it along outside wall.... put smaller vanity under window. allowing storage where current washer is under stairs. Also move Mini Split to center of Home, vice on the end to allow for more even cooling (Maybe above living rm window or door) just a few thoughts for Randy to chew over while he goes into design mode.
I like the kitchen at the end too. Feels like she has a lot of stuff, I would have to be super minimalistic to be happy in there.

Oh gosh this Tiny Home is so incredible, I really love the style of it inside and all of the beautiful storage. This looks so spacious and very comfortable, that loft looks so cozy, and those stairs don't looks too hard to climb. also that bathroom is so cool I love the styling of it where that washer dryer combination is located. I live in a ranch home now and also have a piece of property with a park model on it. I bought both properties knowing when I get older (which is now) I don't wanna climb upstairs to go to bed. That's a nice setup because you can sleep on the first floor if need be.

I've been waiting for this model for 6 months, but I was afraid that it would be built as a DIY shell and end up costing over $100k to replicate LuAnne's home. And unfortunately, I was right. It's not a DIY shell, and I'm happy to see that it will be painted inside all white, have the kitchen cabinets configured like LuAnne's model, and stained and sealed exterior. And I wouldn't expect blinds and bookshelves and kitchen cabinet inserts to be included. But it's a hard pill to swallow that those 'extras' would add up to an additional $20k. There's probably $500 worth of IKEA cabinets in the hallway, plus assembly and blinds and a refrigerator and washer/dryer combo that I can only guess would cost around $5k. I would insist on having a proper sized bathroom vanity with storage underneath, but the arch over the toilet is not necessary. Anyway, I love the design and think it is by far the best, most livable layout of any ITH home. Thanks to LuAnne's painstaking attention to detail as she designed a home that she could live in comfortably. I wonder how long it would take for any of these homes to be built with all the backlog of Incredi-everything models that have been advertised.
I hate to say it but I agree. I'd love to see some of those "extras" sold in various packages or separately. The window blinds, kitchen shelves, bookshelves, and special pull-out kitchen storage shelves, and the bathroom vanity, for example, as add-ons when you order The Luann. I could figure out how to get the IKEA storage and the appliances on my own.
You certainly have the option to buy the basic model and pick up the items on the 'extra' list yourself, so you could have exactly what you want.
You should know, if you've been watching that long, that the wooden model homes are built in KY, and thus have nothing whatsoever to do with the assembly line products that are built in the factory. ☺

People who make up weird scenarios to make ITH look bad, though? "Mudsmides! Snakes! Medicaid! Squatters! The sky is falling!" Gotta wonder what the motivation for that is.
@@CapysGardenShop I had really hoped they would price it in the $60k range instead of $90k, the same price as the Charleston, which is longer and has a whole downstairs bedroom plus a loft. I much prefer this layout, but I really didn't expect it to cost $90k base price.
One of the reasons I love that window is that at the back of the house you can sit at the table, eat, use the computer and you can see the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. It would be very inspirational and inspire creativity, like writing or anything.
Clean, white, organized, plenty of storage,. The complete opposite of my place.😂

I just love how well she designed her entire home! If I was to have a home like this I would put a stovetop and oven sense I cook and bake a lot . I would also have my bedroom on first floor and bathtub and shower. I would use the loft for guest and storage. But that is just me in how I would do my home! But very space home she has! She made it wheee it’s easy to walk around and so much space if she wanted to entertain!😊

There is one "change" you may want to consider.... place the loft light switch on the left of the top landing just before getting onto the bed. This would allow for a homeowner ease of access (rather than having to stretch to the wall area behind where LuAnn placed her backpack pegs.

Add on 10 or 12 feet, put a bedroom at the back, and that is the perfect floorplan. I am legally blind and will never do stairs, especially in the night. Hubs is 6’3”, and he won’t do a loft. The ceiling in the loft is too low for me, at 5’2”! Not cozy, but claustrophobic! Storage area only if needed. I would want a kitchen at one end, then living room, then bath & laundry, then bedroom as the best floor plan.
Her house is so cute but everyone who wants that house may rant to put a jacuzzi bathtub combination shower especially because they like a therapeutic bath also randy mentioned the cabinets inthe kitchen she had some people might like the cabinets but I adapter wooden color to match the wooden looking ceilings it balance out the home because if you have to much white it’s overpowering also the one other thing that should be a option is a combination oven and stove electric and no stove top yeck some people as they get older love to cook the color of the outside of her home looks like a rock red I liked that it brought a happy childhood memory of my Jewish grandmother two story house that was two blocks from the Santa Monica boardwalk well Lou ann is always a pleasure to watch on your videos she is so cute and sweet well randy and Amanda god bless you for your creativity and vision I believe in you and I pray 🙏 for you every I want god to bless your company you two are so sweet cute and funny as a couple and I just get so tickled at you two both keep up the good job 👏 and thanks for sharing Randy’s latest brainstorming with us ❤️✝️👍😇✨🙏🇺🇸🥰✡️💵👏👼💯☮️🇮🇱💡💯

This is by far my favorite of your tiny home designs. LuAnn is a lovely lady with great taste. Her home is so warm and inviting. The only things I would change is the washer/dryer combo to a regular stackable or the new GE all in one unit and an apartment size 24 inch stove. Ikea is the best place for book cases or entertainment units.
Where would you put a stackable? There is only room for an all-in-one under the stairs. It's nice to hear that the GE unit is getting good reviews, it could be the right choice.
I think the Lou An is one of the best floor plans of a tiny home.
My absolute favorite, lots of storage! This is the one I would buy, the extended version with all of Luanne's stuff added.. LOVE!!!!!

It does not apply to all homes. They are including a package on this model exceptionally. It's really nice that they are offering it, so that people don't have to fuss around trying to get it done, ordering here and there.
When I saw this at Christmastime, I knew LuAnn was my mom's clone. ❤ She has the exact style and taste as my mom did and loved designing things like this on paper. Her home had the same types of creativeness and functional beauty. As for me, I don't have a lick of design style. Lol Thanks mom and LuAnn, I can copy your homework. 😂
I know, isn't it a shame these things are not inheritable? My mom was a ballroom dancing teacher, but I never picked up a lick of it either, not by osmosis nor genetics.

LuAnn has a beautiful home and great taste! The things she did to her home to ‘upgrade’ it are things that should be considerations for all of your homes- in my opinion. A home NEEDS a pantry, a closet, shelves, places to put towels etc. The price point is good, and I like your company, but the models are always so bare-bones. I’m glad to see you incorporating these ideas.. because whenever anyone starts talking about ‘custom’ builds, it scares me off right away because I know how expensive that road is based on my research. Keep up the good work.. y’all are doing an excellent job and you keep getting better! Thank you for all of your posts!
Luanne's dog just loves Randy, looking at him with big eyes like he can't wait to be petted. I just notice she has a strange beside her TV. Then her TV cabinet and small storage but is taller than the TV and her large storage container. I'm sure that's not by acccident.
If a person feels uncomfortable with that window at the bottom of the steps. Someone can always add a beautiful rail across the window. Or even 2!.

My dream ITH is the Luann on a 34' trailer so the bathroom can be extended to have a bathtub/shower combo and to fit a stackable w/d (with a larger loft up top), and a couple of extra feet in the living space. Everything else about the floorplan I love. I wish it were possible to get a custom based on this floorplan.

Is Luanne an interior decorator by trade! Oh my gosh! She is so talented! I love books and her desk, storage unit and bookshelves are a dream! Wow! That kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous! I love the tv set up the day bed and the sweet pooch! What is not to love?

LuAnn you are the envy of millions. A beautiful home is what everyone wants and you have it in spades! Perhaps you were a professional decorator at some point? Thank you for sharing your incredible home. After watching just about every tiny house video filmed since 2010 I rank your home as number #1. Randy, your videos are always entertaining. Two things I always notice about your videos: 1. Your love of creating tiny homes is sincere. You are like a sculptor trying to bring out a vision. You seem to really feel the owners satisfaction. You are obviously where you were suppose to be. 2. You are a camera ham! To all namaste.
