NFL teams love scraping the bottom of the draft-barrel to find hidden gems. Only 10 receivers drafted in the 6th round have ever cleared 5,000 career receiving yards, but there’s only one who cleared 9,000. Antonio Brown. He had over 12,000 yards receiving in his career.
Once upon a time, AB was on pace to not just put himself in the conversation of best wide receivers ever, but his numbers really had him pacing to be the Greatest Of All Time.
A lot of people didn’t believe in AB early on...
People slept on him coming into the league, but not only did he outperform every single receiver drafted ahead of him, his numbers were better than most of them combined!
