Michael, your combo spin yarn is awesome, and it looks amazing so far in the Traveler shawl. Your reel inspired me to look into my fiber stash and try to come up with three braids for a combo spin too. All the makes are beautiful - and the Koala is fabulous!!! I'd say your yarn for the traveler shawl is perfect! Can't wait to see it as it grows. I've had to listen to my body and back off the knitting when necessary or just knit more slowly. I also learned to norwegian purl and I use it when necessary.

Your yarn is amazing and I think your finished shawl is going to be great! The colors you picked for the Dotted Rays would also be perfect for a Doodler. My long term project is to complete a sample of all of each of the Westknits MKALs, and recently the Doodler is calling to me…
I haven’t done either of those…I’m going to start one too, y’know in case I get bored from my other 3 WIPs. 🤭

Michael- your rug is fabulous. In my younger days I used to make them with a hook. It was one pixel at a time then stitched a pillow on the back. Your spinning is awesome. Love your colorway for the Mowry shawl. I can’t wait to see it complete. As far as Sunday goes I’d love to group knit. I’ll let you know later in the week. Thanks for the invite.
So sorry about your pain. I find I've had to give up speed with knitting and focus on a gentle grip.
Hmmm, this is a good tip. Maybe I’ll try slowing down and not trying to go at my normal speed while it’s continuing to heal. Thanks for that tip.
Koala is Kewl Lah Lah! Sending the universe requests for your healing to continue apace. However, as is well known, my influence over the universe is minimal. At least, it's pretty well known to the universe and I. Dotted Rays is getting a sunrise vibe.
I’m sure any word you put in to the universe will help. Totally sunset vibes for that shawl. I’ll have to ask if that’s what he was going for when he picked out his colors.
