नये वकीलो को महिनेमे कमसे कम चार केसेस मीलने चाहिए ऐसी व्यवस्था डिस्ट्रिक्ट/ all india bar council ne तथा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने करणी होगी अन्यथा यह नये वकीलोपर उनके संवैधानिक मूल अधिकरका हनन होगा.

हमने आल इंडिया बार काउंसिल की परीक्षा पास किए और 18 हजार देकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाए है और ऊपर से जिस कोर्ट में प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं उसमें भी 5 हजार देकर सदस्यता लेना है और फिर 30 रुपए महीने के भी दे रहे है इतना पैसा तो कमा भी नहीं पा रहे है ऊपर से बेकेंसी के लिए अनुभव भी नहीं देंगे जबकि 3साल से प्रेक्टिस कर रहे हैं हमारी परेशानी का भी समाधान करे

Jo roj ate hai wo kamate bhi hai to wo apna office lele. Jo log struggle kar rahe hai unka license kyun cancel karne ka. Do they wish that only established advocates should get the whole benefit? The established lawyers can afford rent but unestablished lawyers should rather be given the facilities.
