  • Tall, good color, soft texture and simple ingredients. With only one setting do it all, what else my bread machine can do? If the bread from bread machine not good, try changing the recipe, if the bread still not good, try changing the setting, if both still not making good bread, repeat. 😍
Below the the recipes for both sizes bread pan in cups and metric.
Ingredients for 1 blade pan ( Loaf size 1 kg / 2LB ) Medium Crust
    1 1/5 cup ( 280 ml ) water
    2 1/2 tbsp.( 40 g ) sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 3/4 cups ( 500 g ) bread flour
    2 tsp ( 6 g ) yeast
    2 tbsp. ( 40 g ) butter
Ingredients for 2 blades pan (Loaf size 1.25 kg to 1.5 kg / 2.5 LB to 3 LB )

    高度好,颜色好,质地柔软,成分简单。只需一个设置即可完成,我的面包机还有什么不能做的?如果面包机的面包不好,尝试改变配方,如果面包仍然不好,尝试改变设置,如果两者都做不好面包,重复。 😍

Hi, I live in Chard, Somerset, UK. I used your single blade recipe about 6 weeks ago, and it is amazing. As I live in a hard water area of England, I had to increase the water to 290ml and yeast to 2.5 teaspoons. I make this bread every week without fail. Thank you for uploading this excellent tutorial video x

i always love your recipe. even some might think that this is too basic...but the truth is many bm new users out there found it to be very useful. your bread texture is amazing too. save our time to try n error on changing certain ingredients. keep it up !!
On the other hand, since i always love the milky taste of a white bread...i wonder if the texture will be different if i replace water with fresh milk or perhaps getting the balance ratio between water and milk powder.

Thank you so much on your encouraging comment, and glad you find it useful. On using milk to water, I agreed with you milk give the milky texture and you can always safely exchange them, but because of their natural density is slightly different, try increase milk around 10 to 15 percent of original water quantity. Happy baking!🥰

@@theweatherisaokay4964 , Thanks for your sharing. By adding 10 ~ 15% more fresh milk or ~ 483 ml of fresh milk (for 2 blades pan) and since fresh milk is heavier, will the higher density of fresh milk jeopardize the texture of the bread and make it denser? Thanks

The bread would be taller, this size is just nice for this size bread pan, much taller wont distribute the heat evenly, if you added ingredients you might need to add more baking time. • @theweatherisaokay4964
      @theweatherisaokay4964  2 роки тому +1

@@khawguanleng7 When you decrease the dry ingredients like flour, milk powder, you need to do the same to liquid ingredients too, or else the the bread would be too wet. Dry fruits didn't act as the flour, dry fruits and nuts only improve the taste but not the texture of the dough. If you decrease 50 g of flour, I would advise you to decrease 1 tbsp of the liquid too. Then follow the rest. Try adding the dry fruits only on the last knead cycles, or when the BEEP sounded. I found adding dry fruits at an early stages slowed the proofing process. I hope my answer helps. Wishing your baking a success~~🥰

I have a 1 blade 2 pound Loaf pan, and I have had good success with a 3 cup of flour recipe. 3 tbps Sugar, 2 tsp yeast, 1 cup water, 1tps salt, 1/3 cup veg oil, 2tsp honey. I "Proof" the water (warmed), sugar and yeast for about 10min then add the rest of the ingredients. I don't take it out to shape, but I do have two things that help, only add enough water to get the ball to just barely come together in a ball, and for the first few minutes I help the paddle kneed the bread by holding it steady with a spatula. I think the 1 paddle systems might need a little help as when I don't do it the loaf is inconsistent. Also, I have the CBK-100 and it beeps at two points in the cycle, the first is to add any extra ingredients, the second is a signal that the kneading is done, I remove the paddle then if I can, but no big deal if you don't.

@@chungcol4818 It should rise a few times and collapse a few times, after knead, the dough will have certain amount of time to rise, and then the machine will knead and deflate too, it s just like you said rise and collapse, there is nothing wrong with the setting. For this size the recipe is 5 1/3 cups ( 720 g ) bread flour any less would make it too wet, the way you describe your bread, dense and wet is not enough flour to hold the shape, either too much yeast, not enough flour or too much water.
