I would like Dropbox to update the viewing files app. Should be more than one way to view files. Carousel is the only option, how about landscape as the other option especially if you have large files.

So if I have movies on my laptop, I can watch them on this oculus go thing? Does it has to stream or can I physically put it on the oculus go? Do I need to have my laptop and odious go logged into Wi-Fi at the same time?
Great questions - 1) Yes, using these apps you can STREAM movies from your laptop via WIFI and same network. 2) You can also use a few of these apps or Dropbox to download the FULL file and watch it on-the-go.
You connect the Oculus Go to your laptop via usb cable, tell the Oculus it's ok to trust the laptop, then you can just copy your movies to it to watch whenever. I love that you can do this. You can do the same with pdf magazines/books.
These are doody. Go with the 'Play'a' app all the way. It has much better options referring to how you view your content such as zoom, how you reposition the screen, tilt, up and down IK etc.

Yes! They recently moved how you access it. You have to make sure you have the 'Oculus Gallery' app downloaded and then can link it to Dropbox.

Does SKYBOX VR work with a MAC or only with a PC? I have a Mac.

dropbox know longer works as of dec 2019, ticket in system, oculus go does not know when, if ever it will be fixed. date 28/2020
