Amazing!! Great tone!! I'm curious, what tuning did you use? I know Dick's tuning usually goes drop Bb (Bb-F-Bb-Eb-Ab), but it doesn't look the same for you, it seems you are going even lower!
You are a monster, and seem to enjoy it so much that you respond to everyone, cool dude here for sure! Okay but seriously, I changed my mind on Deeds of Flesh, and would much rather see you get challenged by "Stop at Nothing" Dying Fetus song. Like the most popular track, Schematic, which isn't nearly as blisteringly difficult as some of the other songs. Everything on the album is so groovy and I love playing all the riffs I can off that album, using my Music Man Stingray 5 bass! Haha! You should check them out though, really fun intervals and an excellent drummer who chooses excellent lines, and does things like well timed fast syncopated riffs that are really great.
I really love to play bass, it's just that easy. And if someone takes the time to watch my videos and even spend more time commenting I think that the least I could do is answer. I love getting questions and to discuss bass stuff with others. I checked out Deeds of flesh but didn't find any good tabs I believe. I'll check out Dying featus, I've actually hear that band before 😉
@@DannyJ_bass Oh man, An Eternity of Feasting and Brawling has a legit tab, I promise on that - it sounds strange at first, if you're not listening to the pocket of a lot of grooves. The Cleansed By Fire and also Reduced to Ashes are all pretty much in line with the actual songs, and they're all wild tremolo picking songs, very hard to maintain a clear defined pick attack to each beat in those songs. But hell yeah brother! I really love the bass too, and so I'm always stoked to see you post a new vid, and I enjoy hearing you're djent/core/chug influences, it's helped me branch out from groove/brutal. Can't help but love the brutal stuff, though, the challenge of the bass player in that style is on keeping yourself in like, a ultra groove. It's so wild it makes me wanna puke when I can pull off a banger!
@@DaveClayification definitely checking out these songs! It gives the greatest satisfaction when you finally nail a really challenging song, that's for sure! Just posted a new cover ;)
Man I love your covers. I prefer listening to them than the actual albums haha. An incredible way to give them a bass boost
Wow, first time hearing someone saying that, thank you!
This is the one of best Meshuggah cover i ever seen. Flawless and faultless, just incredible
Thank you so much!
02:48 there's the mistake

Great cover! Not a fan of the clunky treble sound from these dingwalls though. But I certainly can appreciate a good cover when I hear one
Thanks man!
Your sound and play really fits into the song. What custom IR do you use? So clear :)
Thank you so much! I use the helix for my sound and its all stock things in the patch
You forgot Black Cathedral 😥
Deliberately, I covered all songs with bass 😊
@@DannyJ_bass throw something under the track, let's hear it with some bass :)
